I am sorry to come in and ask a newbish questions, but after using the search button there was WAY to many options for me on this question. When I was little and I played video games, I didnt like the option of having the access of opening two doors where zombies may be hiding I like one…simple..hahaha sorry

I am curious about taking supplements. I have seen a lot of positive feedback on some L-Arginine, zinc, citrulline, etc. Although they all sound great, i wasn’t really trying to spend a lot of money on a bunch of different supplements that may or may not even have any affect on me. All I am really trying to do is become healthier generally(of course), increase semen volume, and increase the chances of gaining with pe size(either blood flow or muscle rebuilding).

I have been taking this stuff called Moringa leaf powder. I haven’t done any real test or data on it, but I do notice how I have energy through out the day compared to when I don’t take it. Is this enough? Am I getting everything I need for my body to get the results I am yearning to have? Here are some of the nutrients in the Moringa, I’m sure you can find it in a more detailed scale or broken down to percentages or what have you if you desire.

Stick with just this or add to my daily dosage?

VITAMINS:
Vitamin A (Alpha and Beta Carotene), B,B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D, E, K, Folate (Folic Acid), Biotin and much more.

MINERALS:
Calcium, Chloride, Chromium, Copper, Fluorine, Iron, Manganese, Magnesium, Molydenum, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Selenium, Sulfur, Zinc.

AMINO ACIDS:
Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine, Alanine, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Cystine, Glutamine, Glycine, Histidine, Proline, Serine, Tyrosine.

OTHER NUTRIENTS:
Chlorophyll, Carotenoids, Cytokins, Flavonoids, Omega 3,6 9 oils, Plant Sterols, Polyphenols, Lutein, Xanthins, Rutin and many more.

I am not familiar with Moringa but from what I just read on Moringasource. Com I am very interested in researching more and trying it myself.

The supps you mentioned up top (L-Arginine, zinc, citrulline, etc) have an effect on everyone and are excellent at complimenting a healthy lifestyle. Realize that supps are an addition.. Not to replace exercise and nutrition. Focus on improving these first.

You want overall health? The most important for general health are Omegas and Vit D.
I like taking any superfood powder. The one I take is by Ron Teegaurden’s Dragon Herbs; called Tonic Alchemy. It contains pretty much everything you listed and more.
Any health food store will carry several to choose from. They can be expensive but they are so chocked full of heath it justifies the price

For PE purposes I recommend any natural test boosters:Tribulus, Maca root, epimedium, yohimbe, damiana, muira puama, and many many more.
There is a good beginner supp at walmart that is very economical called Urinozinc prostate formula.

You can never do enough research before beginning any supps realize there is always a possible negative and listen to your body.

Wow great reply Flak I really appreciate it. I will look into that Urinozinc you spoke of for the pe booster. I think overall health is such a good thing b/c you aren’t starting off gray in any areas at all. I will more than likely continue to use the Moringa for now for general health and maybe get a supplement to help boost pe growth, I just didnt know which one to use honestly. Thank you for your response.

I hope there is only a small amount of iron in your supplement. Men should not supplement iron as it is not good for our heart health. We get plenty of iron in the meat we eat. So if your Moringa is providing say 20% or higher, I would seriously consider finding a pill more suitable for mens health that contains zero iron.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I see what you’re saying gprent, but what if meat isnt something you eat everyday?

Does Moringa do anything for the penis? I did some minor research and found it has no direct effect on the penis.

I don’t know where and how you live and if you have time and possibility to prepare your own food.

But I am pretty convinced we eat ways too much pre-processed food with the wrong ingredients. But Mother Nature has a treasure at offer, not for free, no, it requires time and dedication, like PE, and it works long-term only. So expect no miracles, but give it a try:

- 5 times per day raw fruit and/or raw vegetables
- 5 meals per day, at least 2 of them warm
- combine fat and proteins OR (but not and!) proteins and carbs only (the Montignac diet)
- eat at least 3 times a week fish
- no sugar, wheat, potatoes, corn , “western” polished rice and derived products from those
- drink a lot, minimum 3/4 gallons per day in winter, in summer a bit more
- cook your food yourself

- move at least 30 minutes per day in the fresh air, best is to walk in order to get sun, oxygen and the feeling how real weather is.

By doing this for at least 3 months, especially in spring and autumn, you will notice a general better health an a feeling o fitness. All healing processes of the body will be faster too.

And your need of supplements will be drastically reduced. Pills are easy, but nature has a even easier way. Just needs time and dedication…

Not sure but my refractroy perios has speed up like turbo. After busting a nut I couldn’t get hard at all. No I can recoup and rebuild in about 10mins. However this could be down to other variables.running, weight training etc etc.

You look like a young guy with no problems so I just learn few things about PE for the now , later in life when you may need you have learned to choose wisely. for now just take a multi once a day that should do the trick and enjoy life
