We all know that niacin (B3) is good for blood circulation. From my experience, I develop a tolerance to niacin supplementation quickly. I discovered that niacin tolerance does not develop for me when I consume niacin rich foods.

I would strongly consider getting a nutri-bullet myself if they sold them in Europe - if nothing else for the ability to quickly pack a load of calories into a drink.

The idea of eating all parts of the fruits and veggies is interesting too. This erection you’re talking about, is it involuntary or do you have to actively get it up?

The erection is voluntary. Since I have no partner, I am experimenting. But it doesnt take nearly as much stimulation, and after I get it up, it will stand up for a while with no stimulation.

I am sure you could order yourself a bullet online. I see them as a very important investment. It works so quickly and thoroughly, and we can never really know the quality or potency of supplements.

I have an NB. I love it! I use Flax seeds, Apples all but core, Pears, Kiwi, Orange, Grapefruit, Blueberries, Strawberries, Banana, Walnuts, Spinach. It chews it all up. They say to use spring water but of course taste much better with orange juice.
