It Seems that PE isn’t helping much. What are the ingredients or some things I could buy from a gnc store to increase bloodflow to the penis? I read that extenze increases bloodflow (I know not size).

Some have reported benefit from L-arginine and its variants like arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, nitric oxide (NO), horny goat weed, maca, yohimbe, ginseng, ginko biloba, cayenne pepper, pycnogenol, tongkat ali, tribulus terrestris and others, either alone or in combination.

Try this combo:

*L-arginine 1000mg 3xdaily
*Cayenne pepper powder 3xdaily
*Pycnogenol 50mg

Also try to add some exercise in your lifestyle: I suggest interval training 3-5 time every morning

Redbear has a great list, most in his list have actual clinical trials proving results, the only thing he really left out with scientific study to prove results is Pregnenolone

The best results I believe you will enjoy from that, tribulus Horny goat weed and tongkat ali and maca

Good call asking for those, I should have said “I believe there are clincal studies proving increase in testosterone but do not want to do the research to find the links

I should never make factual claims without being ready to back those up so consider that statement my edit to the post above

Here are the studies backing down my early statement

* L- Arginine - changes into nitric oxide, which causes blood vessel relaxation (vasodilation). there is a thread on cayenne and ginger supplements here on the board. Go there are you will find several, like myself, who have tried the cayenne and ginger, or, just cayenne, and had great success with increased EQ, along with increased wood action.

I get increased EQ and wood from a combination of L-Arginine and cayenne. I often leave out the ginger, although I did do the cayenne and ginger, each about 1 teaspoon a day, and had great results.

L-Arginine in tablet form is ineffective because about 95% of it is passed through the digestive system without being metabolized. A more effective way to take L-arginine is to take powdered L-arginine ethyl ester dissolved in a glass of green tea (I use Arizona decaffeinated green tea with ginseng.)

I have had good success with Maxidus, a male enhancement pill. Main ingredient is Eurycoma longifolia plus seven other herbs. I have diabetes induced ED and have achieved a decent erection by taking one pill 3 - 5 hours in advance and one pill 30 minutes in advance. I have been using Maxidus for more than two years and usualy wash the first pill down with L-arginine EE dissolved in green tea. I have no scientific studies recommending it, just two years of successful personal experience.

It should be noted that Eurycoma longifolia is also known as Tongkat ali, longjack, or jack root. Horny goat weed is also called Epimedium grandfiflorum. And so it goes. Many of these herbal agents go by multiple different names.

For myself, I am pretty confident that L-arginine does enhance my erection strength and sometimes the force of ejaculation. Horny goat weed with maca does seem to be a libido enhancing agent for me, but I think (I’m not certain) that it also improves EQ. Yohimbe most definitely enhances the rigidity of my erections, but makes me jittery and sometimes nauseous. I have taken pycnogenol, zinc, saw palmetto, ginko biloba, and various types of ginseng, but I’m not sure that they did anything for me.

I take panax ginseng, ginkgo biloba, and yohimbine every morning and recently added L-Citrulline.

Small doses of pure L-Citrulline powder works so well on me I am paranoid and scared my product is laced with viagra, you can try that stuff. L-Arginine does not compare to the obvious effect of L-Citrulline on myself and it’s dirt cheap.
