It’s amazing the ingredients that you mentioned in those products. It reminds me of the ingredients in swole cream, which are:

Just remembered his house is stocked with peanuts as well, and peanut butter and milk. Eggs are missing though never seen one in the fridge or his plate if we’ve gone out for breakfast.

I’ve been eating boiled eggs, peanut butter and sweet potato/yam for years, including using milk with my protein shakes. I’ve never really noticed but since reading this thread, it makes perfect sense, as my loads seem to be quite big (bodybuilding for years).

I’m going to try this.

Dear Horsedick99, we are living in Pakistan, here we don’t have YAM. What product we can use in the alternative of YAM? Your kind reply is requested.

Anyone have any updates on this? Am very interested in it but not much of a peanut or yam guy and don’t wanna go on the plan in case I get terribly let down :P

I eat peanut butter every morning and egg whites every day. Keep very hydrated and have high protein diet. Whey shake after daily work out and casein shake before bed. Every girl that I’ve shoot in or on can’t believe how much I shoot. Tell me they feel like their gonna drown when they give me head and how it gets every where. One chick I bone now told me this must be how porn girls feel when they get facialed by a couple of guys. Water and protein equal big loads for me.
