I’m looking for input on natural test boosters…this goes from supplements to lifting to certain foods. I’ll list a few here, and everyone can add their 2 cents

1) Oatmeal
2) Compund lifts, specifically squats
3) Tribulus

These three seemed to bump my test up from normal low to normal high (on a 30-130 scale, I was at 84, then quit everything for a few months, and was tested again at 56.)

Workouts longer than 1 1/4 hours may crash the testosterone and increase cortisol.

I love Oatmeal. How much do you think it increased your test (by itself)?
Was thinking of getting it anyway to lower my cholesterol. Don’t know what my test level is now or at anytime in the past.

Do you think its a good idea to use all this stuff together, could the body handle this?

Im very interested in taking Tongkat Ali, which Tongkat Ali is the best choice then, in your opinion?

The only sure way to know is to try them one at a time.

Also, any one of them may be effective for a while then stop.

I’m not sure oatmeal by itself would have a substancial increase in test, but there’s no question its a great source of carbs and protien. I use quick cooking oatmeal, skim milk, vanilla protien powder, chopped up fruit (those pre-packaged sugar-free containers), cinnamon, and hemp seed (killer source of polyunstaturated fats). Nuke the oatmeal and milk for 2 minutes, then add the rest.

I’m seriously thinking about adding some form of supplemental test, but there’s no way I’d get a rx from my doc, and prohormones aren’t available in Canada. I’d like to do it without the risk of getting under the table crank, but I have no idea what’s out there…

I was just looking for same on the Netrition site and found some new ones that look pretty interesting. Just remember when dealing with tribulus that the active ingredients are compounds called furostanolic saponins and that research shows that one must take 500 - 1000mg of these to get the desired effect, not 500-1000mg of tribulus. The makers of these supplements have started listing the percentage of these compounds on the label.

Oatmeal? As in, Quaker Oats? Porridge, I’m not sure of the spelling. Just like it sounds, man. Oats. Good ‘ol Mom-makes-it, sticks-to-your-ribs. Oatmeal.

Green tea, fenugreek. Golden root. Ginko biloba makes you horny and increases circulation to the penis.
Hav e you had your thyroid checked out, low thyroid low testosterone usually but not always follows suit.
Saw palmetto decreases DHT.
Zinc and vitamin “C” help preserve testosterone and prevent it from converting to estrogen.

Zinc deffiencies, symptoms, lack of smell,taste,stinky feet or excesive body oder.
Vitamin “C” poor or slow wound healing.
