My supplement Regiment - look

I am about to start a supplement regiment to compliment my PE and help my growth.

The supplements I will take are listed as follows:

L-arginine - already taking it and it works, harder erections
fish oil
ginkgo - I think it is supposed to good for sexual health…
red ginseng - red ginseng is supposed to be good for sexual health as well
Tongkat Ali - also supposed to be good for sexual health and it apparently helps the body produce the chemicals responsible for penis growth during puberty

Can anyone point me to where I can buy some quality Tongkat Ali? I know you are supposed to buy the extract in concentrates of 50, 100, or 200. Also I should buy from Indonesia, not Malaysia.

Along with those supplements I will also take the following just for my own health:

chlorella & spirulina - for digestion help
multivitamin - for obvious reasons
ginseng - a mix of different types of ginseng for memory help
protein shake - take it after I work out

Also, I am contemplating taking Tribulus Terrestris. Would that be overkill or should I take it?

I am drinking 2-4 cups of green tea a day and I notice that I can last longer in bed. But, when I use a condom it is not as sensitive as it used to be.

So, what do you guys think of my regiment? Any comments and criticisms would be appreciated!

Looks relatively similar to my setup except I don’t take zinc or tongkat ali, and I also take garlic and l-glutamine.

I’m just recently starting PE so I can’t comment as to how effective they are on that subject, but I’m in great health and I can’t even remember the last time I’ve been sick.

Also, how are you taking it? 3 all at once or 3 spread out through the day? Are you taking them on an empty stomach or with a meal?

This is the Tongkat I used to use:

Problem is, I took if for a long time and never felt I got any measurable benefit, so I stopped with this supplement.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

“Large”-inine has worked well in giving me harder erections as well. Nevertheless I have recently switched to aakg, and I believe it is more effective. Perhaps you can experiment with L-Arg and Aakg as well.

Zinc plus spirulina should have you being a monster in bed. Nothing helps my endurance like spirulina, nothing. And not just endurance between the sheets, but running, working out, mental clarity, I love it. If I had to give up all my supplements to keep one, I’d keep spirulina powder on hand at all times.

I would really like to take some supplements to give me love life an extra kick. I am a healthy 26 year old, I am already very horny and get very regular and strong erections, I currently don’t produce pre-cum which I would really LOVE to. I shoot my load a long distance (up onto or over my own face), but it’s not always a huge load!

I would like:
* A bigger dick (but there ain’t no supplements that can give you that, I know) hahahahahaha
* Bigger balls
* Bigger flaccid size, I am a real grower (2” flaccid to 6”x5.5” erect, so I’m not embarrassed in the gym locker)
* Bigger loads (like Peter North)
* More Pre-cum

I have been thinking about experimenting with the below supplements, what do you guys think? I’ve heard people say they’ve increased their load substantially, and some say they’ve got a more plump/chubby hanging flaccid state?
What have been your experiences on these supplements? I am from the UK and am buying off of ebay, as I’ve not got huge amounts of money and no health stores near me.

* Yohimbe (2% bark extract)
* Ashwagandha root

I have also found a product called V-Rex(which contains a mix of Yohimbe,Saw Palmetto,L-Arginine,Catuaba,Horny Goat Weed,Tribulus Terrestris, Billberry, Avena Sativa, Eurycoma longifolia and Maca. However it doesn’t state the concentration of each of these ingredients!

By the way I am also involved in foreskin restoration and do 50 Kegels daily as well as using a penis pump sporadically. Plus I have started weight training at the gym and want to body-build.

Here is an interesting article I found about Tongkat Ali from one of the links posted above:
It says that we would have to take an incredible amount of Tongkat Ali for it to be effective.

Tongkat just seems too expensive. I have an entire cubpoard filled with supps now having gone a bit overboard this year experimenting. Turmeric, Tribulus, MSM, Vitamin C, Lysine, etc etc.

Once all that runs out I’m going back to my Zinc/Lecithin/Spirulina combine. Simple and it works, for me at least.

Javyn, when you say it works, what do you mean? I helps your PE routine or it just makes your EQ better?

Also, what does lecithin do?

I don’t really follow a PE routine, sorry. It’s for EQ and stamina in bed. The lecithin increases the size of my loads and gives me some hardcore pre-cum. It also helps me think more clearly during the day. Trick is take a tablespoon of the granules. They are cheap, 10 bucks for 3 lbs at swansonvitamins. And 1 tablespoon of granules equals about 10 capsules.

Tribulus is a great testosterone booster. Good for body building and I just noticed as long as I keep going to the gym my sexual response is much stronger. It’s not as effective if your body isn’t using it for maintaining body mass….sexually, that is.


Good regimen I like the gensing blends, seems to give me a memory boost to. Gensing works well with ginkgo.
