I couldn’t find any chlorophyll pills online for sale. Should I stay with best vite, it seems too good a deal to pass up. L-Arginine 480g for $29 compared to most places sell 360g for $120. Or would it just be better to not buy chlorophyll pills and stop taking fish oil.

Springer, I believe the health benefits of fish oil (http://www.americanheart.org/presen…identifier=4632) are worth the inconvenience of a smelly bowel movement. Try cutting back your dosage a little bit, and see if that doesn’t help .

A). Why are you taking anything at all? Is there a reason or a purpose? Or are you on a fish oil trend whore wagon as of late? Try and learn to eat healthy and fresh in your youth, instead of just popping shit, so learn from my errors please.

B). When you drop a deuce (#2 old school) does it smell fishy?

I have a GI disorder for 10 years now and my shit always smells both nasty and you can tell what I ate usually. It is also always discolored too by supplements rather easily for me, green for fish oil and a goldish yellow for turmeric.

If the smell seems to hover around your balloon knot and stain or mark via an odor your Spiderman underoos, I suggest Baby wipes for a more complete clean up. I have a box but never used them as I have a chia-pet like nether regions. So if it really bothers you, get waxed UTTERLY down there and use baby wipes.

C). Hobbit’s advice of selecting one supplement back in at a time is worthwhile and free in cost.

D). It could be something as simple as adjusting to a dose that is new or a brand, etc…. Could also be digestion issues that some pro-biotic or yogurt can take care of just as well.

There’s quite a difference between Milwaukeesbest’s “Fish oil is toxic if not refrigerated” and Kingpole’s statement “At any rate fish oil needs to be refrigerated or it goes rancid and toxic.” (Emphasis mine.)

And thank you for the useful and informative link, Kingpole. What you did is much more useful to a thoughtful conversation than to just say “Look it up” when your assertion is challenged.

There are several points worth noting here:

1. The link provided by Kingpole mentions that it is preferable (you should) refrigerate both fish oil and flaxseed oil. Note: not must. Should.

2. That link also cites a study about fish oils oxidizing after the container has been opened. Note: after they been opened, and, quoting the article, “thereby exposing it to oxygen which causes oxidation.”

It should be noted that what is true of fish oil and flaxseed oil can be true of other oils as well, whether of animal or vegetable source. Fish oil can go rancid. So can flax oil. So can canola oil. So can butter.

So, what to do?

1. Keep your oils cool or cold.

2. Use your oils up promptly. That may mean buying smaller quantities more frequently. Fresher is better.

Both Chlorella and Spirulina are great sources of chlorophyll. Chlorella even moreso, but it is hard on your stomach at first, so you gotta build it up in your system slowly, because it is such an incredible detoxifier. I have been taking both chlorella and spirulina for about 3 weeks now together and must say I have never felt better or had such incredible stamina in my life. I have completely stopped taking my multivitamin, because these two algae supplements/whole foods actually do what multis SHOULD do. Swansonvitamins.com has both rather cheap if you’d like to try them out.

Not only will chlorella help you with your prob, but it will also clear up bad breath and body odor. Chlorophyll is nature’s deodorant.

This may be slightly off topic, but I hate these fucking bullshit claims they use to sell supplements. Here’s what I read about Chlorella:

“It will detoxify your body.” What the fuck does that mean? If I go swimming in a lake am I going to kill all the fish because my body is toxic? My wife swallows my jiz once or twice a week, and she hasn’t died yet, so I think my body is pretty good on that point already.

“It will promote a healthy PH balance.” Again… What the fuck does that mean? PH is PH. There is no balance. It is what it is. Will Chlorella lower my PH? Will it raise it? It can’t do both. It’s either an acid or a base. It will raise it or lower it.

“It will improve your digestive system.” I’m repeating myself, but I would like to know what that means. Will it get rid of diarrhea? Will it get rid of constipation? Will it make it so my intestines don’t process fat and I lose weight?

Anyway, I was interested in it until I started reading their bullshit propaganda. Show me a scientific study about the benefits and I might believe you, but don’t feed me these silly, catch-all claims.
