My Diary While On Ginkgo and other herbs

Also want to relate something I thought of today…

When people think certain testosterone-boosting herbs can make you bigger, I think it does this the same way Testosterone “pads” your muscles - By Filling It (Your Dick) with Water.

Though perhaps it’s also making you hornier, but that’s another topic altogether.

You could basically get the same effect that, say, Tongkat Ali gives, by drinking just alot of water.

Course I’ll be looking forward to putting that to the test 1 day.

Do you have a link to establish this? A lot of body builders take tribulus and there testosterone levels are fine to begin with. The little boost helps them gain muscle.
About the caffeine scenario I do agree with that.

I took it near the time I drank Green Tea (caff.).

Still though, I feel very “out of place”. I don’t like that.

Tomorrow will be my last day. I’ll take it w/o Green Tea.

Oh just relating my 5th day taking Tribulus Terrestris (1.500 mg per day, 40%) plus ginkgo biloba (45th day, 2 pills per day):

After starting to take tribulus terrestris: my penis is a bit bigger when it’s flaccid; I was finally able to have an erection without touching it, and now it’s easier to push blood into my “junior” kegeling.

Gingko biloba wasn’t working that great with me :Z, and I’m seriously thinking in taking only tribulus terrestris.

My results with Ginko, Tribulus, and Maca have not been as fortunate as some others here. I’ve been taking Ginko about 3 months or linger and have not felt any benefits whatsoever. Certainly no boost in the penis area, no improved memory, no mood boost, etc. The tribulus and maca have been going for about a month and I haven’t felt anything from them either. If anything there seems to have been a definite decline in erection strength, frequency, ejaculation strength, and output.

I think my body is trying to tell me not to take supplements and quit wasting all of that money. :)

I had good results with Prolab HGW. It has some decent ingredients and the company has good reputation for its quality. It’s just $10 at the bodybuilding site. I’ll be trying this again in the future.

3RD FULL DAY ON TRIBULUS:

I have to say, although I haven’t felt many reportable sexual effects, I do like the way Trib almost makes me feel “confident”.

It definitely has mood enhancing qualities.

But I’m finally glad (and surprised) to report that it has just as good (if not better…possibly) flaccid enhancing as ginkgo.

It took 3 days, but it finally happened.

WAIT FOR MY REPORT TOMORROW - we’ll see if it really was a placebo effect. And I’ll know for certain b/c I haven’t been taking anything else.

LAST DAY ON TRIBULUS:

Turns out I think it was the kegeling I was doing during masturbation (semi hard not fully) that was probably responsibly for the increased girth, not necessarily the Tribulus.

Although I like the way Tribulus makes me feel (it’s a stimulant and gave me energy and balance) I think that I still prefer Ginkgo for flaccid improvement.

NEXT UP - 3-5 day rest, followed by TONKGAT ALI.

Went back on Ginkgo tonight…Will order Tongkat later this week.

FINAL THOUGHTS FOR TRIB:

Nice energy and mood enhancer. But I’d say don’t take if you’re prone to being angry or anxious, as it is a testosterone booster. Don’t take with caffeine either. I can’t say whether it enhances flaccid or any other things, sorry. Whereas with Ginkgo I noticed my flaccid relax, Tribulus didn’t really do that.

I have taken Ginkgo the last couple of weeks and I definitely think it helps the flaccid. I suspect that this can really help in PE because it helps avoid the shrinking and cording that happens if you insult the penis a little too much.

I noticed the effect on the flaccid a couple hours after taking it a few times. I noticed the effect mentally right away. It is like having a coffee or probably like having a cigarette (I don’t smoke). Like a quick mental pick me up.

Yea cording was the real problem I was having…

Is your ginkgo standardized to at least 24%?
