Where do you get your info on how much to take?
The RDA on pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) is 6 mg.
And Zinc is 15 mg to 19 mg.
I personally think these are bs numbers for anything effective to happen!
Why do they call it RDA( Recommended Dietary Allowance ) anyway, it makes it sound like if you take more than that something bad will happen, when truth is, if you take the RDA, it’s not enough to do jack.

Well, as you know the RDA is often just the amount of vitamin you need in order to stay alive. Not enough to really improve anything.
