Mild ED? This stack works but am i overdoing it?

For any of you suffering with mild ED or just not performing like you did in your twenties I wanted to give a little help because I know how frustrating it can be. I am 36yrs old, workout 5 days a week, health is pretty good other then neck, shoulder and back issues which I think is from years of heavy workouts which seems to be causing me headaches and a few other things which is a nightmare that I hope I can fix. Anyways I have had plenty of partners, never had issues until recently. I am newly married and I love my wife more then I ever thought I could love anyone, she is beautiful, so attracted physically and mentally, without getting into details we both have never experienced anything like this or had a sex life with anyone else the way we do so when I was not always performing the way I thought I should I was shocked and didn’t understand it. She is always satisfied and can’t get enough but I knew I was off plus She is 8yrs younger then me and wants me basically every day so I knew I needed to do something so I will post my stack below because it has helped a ton. Hopefully this helps others and I welcome any feedback. You can use this as a base and find what works for you, many might not need or want everything but some might. Vitamin Shoppe and bulk supplements are my go to so I can keep this affordable.

The other reason for my post is I recently added a couple things and now I feel like I might be over doing it and would love some feedback from anyone familiar or educated about these herbs. I think my dosage is good and not to high and nothing I take is really bad for u if used the right way. I wanted to keep it simple and cheap but the more I researched the more things I found.

Cialis 10mg
Arginine 1.5 grams twice a day
Citrulline 1.5 grams twice a day
Horny goat weed 10% 1000mg twice a day ( can never find a straight answer on this and dosages seem to be all over the place, is this to high? )
Pine park 240mg
Zinc picolinate 22mg
Dhea 50mg

More recently added the stuff below

Ginkgo biloba 120mg twice a day
Ginger 550mg twice a day
Garlic 300mg twice a day

I also use the bathmate 4-5 times a week for roughly ten minutes a session and a few minutes of jelqing after, nothing crazy, don’t have time or desire for long sessions and mostly doing for penis health but if I can get a little more size I wouldn’t complain. Can’t over due it anyways with how active I am with my wife, I need it to work :)

The ginger really interested me because I have really bad stomach issues and mild IBS so hoping it helps that too. Great stack for mild ED and anyone who goes to the gym plus other health, inflammatory and circulatory benefits. Feedback is welcomed, thanks.

I do have some stress in my life right now but No way, I have had it most of my life. I can’t pinpoint what causes it and it’s very frustrating but I very rarely go a full day without my stomach bugging me at some point. I lowered my arginine dose because I felt like it was making it worse but not 100% sure.

I may speak with a little advance of a mere 15 years of lifetime here. It may sound sobering but even male sexdrive has it’s ups and downs. I pretty well understand that signs of mild ED can lead to big worries and pile up in the mind and then even lead to a vicious cycle by even enhancing ED symptoms. Had it, went through, came back!

But…

But nowadays everything seems curable with a little pill. It’s so easy and accessible and we all tend to take the path of least resistance. Drugging away all problems, and everybody is happy: you, your wife, the pharmacists and the manufacturers too.

For me drugs are means of last resort. Therefore we have alternatives. My biggest motivation for PE is prevention and conservation. So I humbly ask you if you tried means second and third to last resort? That means:
- Kegels
- Massages
- MILD cardio training, mainly walking hiking, rowing and swimming
- “classic” manual PE routines.

Having a wife with a complicated chronic disease who is cycling through large stacks of required drugs with hefty secondary effects, I am just sceptical about choosing the pharmaceutical solution that easily.

Especially if you have stomach and IBS problems, every drug you do NOT take is something less to digest. Ask your doctor what he/she thinks about that statement. And if you don’t go to the doctor yet, start immediately to do it. IBS is not a triviality.

I am sure your wife will understand if you give your digestive system health a higher priority than one or two missing erections. And I mean you still have a couple of alternatives for obtaining better EQ -> see the list above.

What do you think, am I too radical in my thinking? Or do I miss something which is important to you?

I found that 6 mg of boron a day made a significant difference for me after a few weeks. YMMV.

I too had to start cialis due to ED. In around 3 months time I managed to fix my own problems and was able to stop taking it.

This stack seems outrageous. I too am from the school of thought that a chemical fix is no fix at all.

Go get a Testosterone test and see where you are at. If you are in the low range you need to hit the weight room and build some muscle. If you are in the really low range TRT might be an option. If it takes all that to get a hard on it’s time to figure out what the real problem is.

I stated I work out 5 days a week but I do not lift heavy anymore. I am in good shape, for example I used to rep 315 on my bench for 10 and 365 for 3 up until just a couple years ago because like I also stated I have neck, left shoulder and lower back issues now…. I appreciate the feedback and that is why I made the post: for feedback and to hopefully help others however I don’t think my stack is to crazy and have seen people take more at higher doses. Man even some of the pre workouts I used to take had more stuff then this in it and nowhere near as healthy. This stack is pretty healthy and has plenty of benefits other then ED. Like I said I have mild ED so no I don’t need all that to get it up, I could get it up but some nights I wasn’t 100% or I’d start to lose it halfway through plus my now wife likes twice a night sometimes but now that we live together that is not as common but still happens once in a while…… I have thought about getting my test checked so maybe I will one of these days.

Thanks for the response, with my IBS I do wonder if anything I am taking does make it worse, I wouldn’t mind cutting one or two things out but this stack is pretty safe and healthy so I am not sure at this point. I do kegels just need to get more consistent with them and I do the gym weights and cardio. My wife supports me 100% and thought I was fine before but I wasn’t.

On top of everything else Cialis 10mg seems like a lot daily for someone your age. Try cutting that down to Cialis 5mg or even less. I do fine on the 2 mg every 3 days and I’ve got a couple decades on you.

10mg was recommended on many sites I looked at but Funny u say that because I have recently thought about doing 5mg and seeing how that works out. Problem is cutting the pill in 4s is not super easy and I get tiny little pieces breaking off the couple times I’ve tried.

I like my stack, I’ve done a ton of research and again I am not just taking this for ED, my ED is mild I definitely needed a little help to perform the way I want to and keep up with my sexy wife but the other health and gym benefits are great too.

I like the feedback and I’ll keep checking back, the only couple things I am considering dropping if I want to make this stack a little smaller would be the DHEA, maybe ginkgo not sure I want to take that long term and arginine only because I feel like it effects my stomach negatively and maybe the citrulline is enough even though they are supposed to work great together. My dose is low so I do hope my stomach improves.

Sharper knife. Also the Cialis , in my case Tadalafil, works better under my tongue than swallowed.

So, you have digestive issues, have neck, shoulder and back issues which give you headaches, all probably from stressing your body too much from working out (your words) and you still work out 5 times a week .My guess is you should look into those digestive issues first and give your body a rest. Digestion (central to health) and exhausting your body for years (ignoring injuries in the process) are a great combination to create ED issues (among others).

What about changing or adding Levitra 10 mg to your Cialis 10 mg ? You have to take at different times , first Cialis then 1-2 hours later Levitra
It works for me, and I also have a similar load of arginine, citrulline, pine bark, etc.

I just started acidophilus reuteri and my energy and strength has sky rocketed in the last month.

The research backs up what I’m experiencing.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.
