Hello to all. Ive been a member here since 2003 and have enjoyed the benefits of PE. This place is amazing and has helped many of us who needed different answers for different symptoms.

I have learned many things from this place. If there is any good advice that I can offer to this community, it is that no matter how big or small you are; A woman loves a confident man. They also love a caring passionate man who wants to pleasure them. One thing I learned as a young man is that not all women are made to function the same. What works for one may not work on another. We as men need to realize we were not born with the knowledge how to pleasure a woman. If you want to be a great lover, all you need to do is say (Or in your own words) “Baby, what can I do to please you?” You will get different answers from different women. But you will pleasure more of them doing so rather than thinking you know what your doing. Be confident in your body and sexual ability. Continue PE because its best for our own ego and mind. But above all, ask them what they would like. You will become a great lover No matter if you have 3 or 10 inches.

Ok the reason for this thread is I am seeking help from the community members. I am 40 years old and am experiencing ED. I live a stressful life and it isn’t going to change anytime soon either. I always knew that at a certain age I would have this problem but not at 40!

I do get occasional morning wood. Not sure about night wood though. During intercourse “If” I get a good erection it doesn’t last long. I mean I can get hard and hump the wife till I come, but I cant take my time like I used to. If I take it out at all just for a few seconds it goes limp. Even in non stop intercourse it isn’t hard like it used to be.

Erections were never like it was when I was a teenager, but they were much better than now. It is getting to where I cant get erections for sex now. I mean some days yes, most days no. This has become a big problem in the last 6 months. My wife takes it as rejection but it isn’t.

I have been taking l-arginine lately but it doesn’t seem to help. I take 2000mg a day. It is helping me with circulation definitely. But not with erections. I also have been taking 1200mg of Lecithin (Heard it was good for semen volume). Ive been using these supplements for about 4 weeks now coupled with Kegel exercises with no results.

I am interested in using raw Ginseng but am not sure what kind. I am on a budget but I’m willing to spend to help my situation. I am also willing to try other supplements but would like to stay closer to the natural stuff. I will continue the L-Arginine because it has helped circulation overall, but I am looking for a good mixture of ingredients to boost libido and EQ.

I am not looking for a quick fix. I really don’t want to rely on Viagra Or Cialis. I understand I live a stressful life and am getting older. I know there can be some kind of mixture of supplements that will restore me back to good sexual, and overall health possibly better than before.

So it is to this vast group of experts and novices that I ask for advice. I would appreciate you giving your age when you reply. Although I will take all advice to heart, it would be nice to get advice from guys my age who have experienced the same problems.

I have faith in this site that I will receive the help I need. I want to one day be like Dr Frankenstein and say “It’s alive!!!! It’s alive!!!” And have this hulking monster pop up from under the sheets ready to reek havoc.

Help me do this; and I will donate $100 to this site in appreciation. Not a bribe, just a token of my appreciation. I’m getting up there in age, but feel too young to be going through this.

How is your physical health? ED can occur from many causes. You should check your hormone levels, primarily.

After that, you should check your cardiovascular health(like having high or low cholesterol and such).

Then , another cause could be that the nerves are not functioning properly, so for this I would advise you to take acetyl l carnitine, which was demonstrated in studies to regenerate nerves.

These physical causes also have an impact on your psychological health along with external stress . After you identfy it you should check what solutions are avaiblabe.

But if you can’t do much investigation, try anyway some acetyl l carnitine. You will know what I’m talking about :)

Hey dawgbone! I am young and don’t have any experience personally, but I remember I read in a book on the subject of Tantra that if you experience this, the first you should do is limit your ejaculations so you don’t lose sexual power.

Are you physically active - regular exercise? What’s your % body fat? Do you smoke?

There are many things that affect ED. It just seems to be the American way to find the right pill/supplement to take to fix it, or to fix anything else. But often it’s our lifestyles that are the ultimate cause of our physical conditions.

No I don’t smoke, and sure I feel I could exercise more but I have been out of shape worse than this before and it never gave me problems. But what the hell eh? I might as well add that one to the list, it can only benefit me right?

I am 19 years old. 20 in December.

I believe I can help. I had great erections but I wanted bigger harder and throbbing erection were my dick feels like its going to bust with all its love juice.

1. First of all take 2x 1000mg of L-Argine twice a day and 3x if your going to fuck.
2. Try to edge on your free time with jelqs
3. Twice a day make this shot about one third teaspoon cayeen pepper water and one third teaspoon ginger. Mix in a small cup. Chug this like a shot and wait for the burning hell to come in your face. Your face will feel like its on fire.
4. Excersise 3-4 times a week to reduce your stress

Try this for 2 weeks I guarantee you your erections will be hard. I can not even call them erections they are like superman hard-on and last so much longer than my already great erections.
I currently do this regiment and I get hard so much through my day 10+ times every day with morning wood.

WARNING: Cayenne pepper is hot and those shots are intense so be careful and keep lots of water near by! Water also adds hydration.

P.S If your wondering why cayenne pepper read up on it it increase blood circulation and that is exactly what you need.

I’d like to give it a try gainerguy but I have a bad acid reflux and stomach pain from spicy foods. Doing something like this would be worse than getting kicked in the nuts by a donkey for me. Thanks for the advice though.

Aww really! Well you can stick with my other ideas. Take more L-Argine!!! Also you could double your Lecithin amount. I do this get bigger loads :P

I take a small amount of bicarb (in water) very other day to keep mine in check not too much as bicarb can do something odd things too I have read.

I guess my first step is to see the doctor and get my levels checked. I think starting with the obvius is first priority.

I think the L-Arginine is finally working. Erections aren’t so difficult to get and maintain s before but a long way to go before back to good. Also doing Kegels BTW.

Also have you tried drinking more water like 2.5L a day at least?

Thanks Gaineguy. I am taking 2,000 mg a day. I started with 3,000 for like a week just to get things boosted quickly. I went down to 2,000 about 2 weeks ago. I have been drinking alot of water with each pill (!,000mg pills) I’m not sure how much but I do drink quite a bit.
