Leech Oil?????

Has anyone heard of LEECH OIL being used in penis enlargement? Supposedly it’s used in Malaya. It’s being sold on eBay. I came across it while checking out something else.
I know what a leech is from my time in the military but…….massaging the oil and other “secret” ingredience on your dick?!
