I have been experimenting for a few months with different types of supplements to increase the size of my load when I ejaculate. I think I have finally gotten something that works well to increase the sheer volume of ejaculate. I had been experimenting with lecithin recently, without much in the way of results. However, I recently read on here that using the lecithin granuals as opposed to the gel tabs worked better. I purchased 1 lb of granuals on Friday. I immediately took 2 spoonfulls and washed them down with water. Later that night when I came it was over double the normal amount of ejaculate. I was surprised as I shot 6, 7 and 8 times and ended with a few dribbles.

There are two things I find that are impressive with this: 1.) I normally would have 2 spurts and a few dribbles…..I had 8 spurts with 1 dribble. 2.) I had ejaculated the same morning. What I surmise is that if I take the same dose and don’t cum for 2 or 3 days I am really gonna blast.

The one thing with this stuff though is that it really added fluid to the ejaculate. This was a very watery ejaculate, and only the first 2 or 3 spurts were whitish in color. Obviously if I don’t ejaculate earlier in the day then the load is going to be thicker.

I am thinking about adding 5+ grams of arginine to my intake over the next few days, as this supplement has always made my load thicker. So, the hope is that lecithin will increase the sheer amont of ejaculate fluid and arginine will thicken that fluid.

By the way, 1 lb of lecithin granuals waas less the $10. I will update the results if anyone is interested.

Where did you purchase your supply from and what do you know about it’s effects other than increased ejaculation volume?

Why do granules work better than gel?

Does Lecithin always come as a Soy product? I’m very intimidated to eat anything with soy.

Here’s what I found about Lecithin:

Lecithin is a natural substance found in cell membranes and is manufactured in the liver from dietary choline and it is necessary for every cell in the body. It aids in the utilization of fat-soluble nutrients, such as vitamins A, D, E and K. Lecithin helps in emulsifying fats stored in the body. The body also uses lecithin in the production of bile.

Soybean lecithin comes from sludge left after crude soy oil goes through a “degumming” process. It is a waste product containing solvents and pesticides and has a consistency ranging from a gummy fluid to a plastic solid. Before being bleached to a more appealing light yellow, the color of lecithin ranges from a dirty tan to reddish brown. The hexane extraction process commonly used in soybean oil manufacture today yields less lecithin than the older ethanol-benzol process, but produces a more marketable lecithin with better color, reduced odor and less bitter flavor.

So, is it still soy? I’m not going to take anything soy, but if it’s a byproduct of soy, and is not soy, I will reconsider.

I got it at a local health food store.

It is supposedly very good for you. I know it aids in central nervouos system function and that the brain is made up of like 30 % lecithin.

As for it being soy, I beleive it is a by product of soy.

You can find egg lecithin— but it is pricey.

I saw soy lecithin granules in the bulk bins at the grocery store. Is that the same stuff?


First off, the phyotestrogenic content in soy lecithin is really so small it’s nothing to worry about (I don’t think it’s really much to worry about even if you eat lots of soy protein, your body makes more estrogen than you could get from eating soy all day long). Second, granules are better than gelcaps because it would take 7 - 10 gelcaps to equal the lecithin in 1 tablespoon of granules.

I’ve taken lecithin and zinc for a while (about 2 years) for load enhancement and it works great. Swanson Vitamins has a 3 pound tub of granules for 10 bucks, which is the price of 1 pound at most places. I take 2 tablespoons a day. One in my morning yogurt/cottage cheese mixture and one in my nightly protein shake.

I started taking for increased ejac, but continue to take it because it does so well with helping me focus and cutting through the “brain fog”.

If you are still scared of lecithin because of the soy, you can get it from egg yolks too. Unfortunately I have no idea though how much is in an egg yolk.

Yeah, I have been using the lecithin and it has doubled the amount of ejaculate. Now, if I can only figure out a way to make the ejaculate thicker and whiter?!

Try zinc yet?

I’m ordering three 30 oz. bottles for less then 20 bucks from Puritan’s Pride:)

Don’t know what 19 grain means, but that’s not very cost effective when you can get 1362 grams (3 lbs) for 10 bucks from Swanson.
