Hi guys…I started on a health nut kick recently. Trying to break all my bad habits and change my eating lifestyle i.e., give up fast food, eat healthier etc. I also began taking supplements for my overall well-being and to promote good health. Some of the supplements I’m taking are echinacea, saw palmetto, garlic, zinc, daily vitamin, calcium pyruvate, and L-Arginine. I also drink green tea. I’m hearing that while L-Arginine (an amino acid) won’t really do anything to make my unit bigger, I guess it helps to have harder erections by increasing blood flow and improve sexual performance.
Do any of you take L-Arginine (maybe “ArginMax” namebrand?)? And what results have you had?
