I;m taking L-arginine to get better errections. How much should I take whn starting? i got the one they have at wal-mart

Critulline Malate is supposed to be more effective.

I have had zero success with erection enhancement with l-arginine or any of the derivatives. You may as well use what you bought. I would recommend 3000 to 6000 mg a day. If you derive no benefits from those dosages I doubt you will no matter how high you go. I think it works only if you are arginine deficient. Which is doubtful if you eat a standard American diet,whatever that is. Let me put it this way, if you had a burger today your probably covered.

I would recommend you buy Twin Labs Yohimbe. Start with half a capsule to a full capsule. It’s doubtful unless you are a very large man you will need more than that. It will set you back less than 10 dollars. You should notice effects in about an hour from ingestion. Those effects should last from 4-12 hours. If you take it while or right after eating it will take longer for the effects to manifest but I prefer to take with food because it reduces the nausea you will probably feel. I don’t recommend using it longer than 2 weeks straight and not more than once a day. Please read about it and decide if you have any health problems this may make worse if you use yohimbe. If your pretty healthy personally, I would not worry about all the so called dangerous properties of this herb. In my opinion it’s safer than aspirin and a host of other over the counter drugs one could buy. It’s safety record beats Viagra hands down.

I am recovering from firm flaccid and poor EQ as a result of PE injury.

I have been taking 3000-5000mg of L-Arginine a day. I usually take 3000mg in capsuls, and the extra 2000mg comes from two scoops of Whey Protien(40g) I have began to take. I also take Vitiman E, A multi-vitiman, and Fish Oil.

Flaccid is heavier and warm often, erections are easy and 100%, firmness is gone for most of the day, loads are noticeably bigger. I have been increasingly horny and masturbating more frequently. My weights at the gym also seem to have improved.

I did get improved erections. This was because of a probable deficiency in that area however.

I just took the dosage it suggested on the bottle. I also started getting wort’s when I started taking that stuff. I had never had a wort before. I read if you are a person who gets wort’s that it may make you have more. So you may want to think about that as well. I like Korean ginseng (panax ginseng).

Take a Zinc supplement. It should clear up your wort problem in no time. I had over 50 worts at one time. They were on my hands and most of them were concentrated on one of my knees. I started to take zinc and the warts cleared up. I never got another one after that.

Ginkgo + Ginseng is a good combination. Avena Sativa is a great herb as well. Catuaba’s another great one.


Recognize.

Arginine does not cause warts! Warts are a viral infection. Arginine can cause a outbreak of genital warts and cold sores only if you have herpes. The root cause of those warts and cold sores is HERPES not arginine.

BMashina ,arginine may be working in your case? I have read a plenty from others that it seems to help them. Your also taking fish oil and vitamin E. Either of those may be having an effect as well. Since you do not specifically know what is the actual reason, I suggest you ingest exactly what you are taking. I would also write down the brands and amounts you use. Sometimes a different brand of the same product just fails to work the way another brand does if it works at all.

A few years back when I first started to experiment with supplements, I took the shotgun approach and took what ever I had on hand. I did not record anything. I just gobbled everything I could. Well, something happened and I swear it was like I was in Jr. High school again for like 2 weeks. Then as bottles emptied I tossed them and bought whatever. I lost that super feeling and ability soon after. I failed to log what I was taking (brands) and I have yet to match that haphazard experiment. Doom on me! I do know I was not taking any yohimbe at all. It was pre yohimbe days when I was still afraid of the stuff. One day I will discover what was doing it for me then. Until then it’s test and record.

If you are taking a beta-blocker for your blood pressure, don’t use L-arginine, it will make your heart race.

I tried it and it really messed up my heart rate and BP.
