L-Arginine Vs. Lysine
So I’ve been reading up and people seem to say that L-Arginine will give you a bigger flaccid and more cum and stuff like that. Others even claim it helps in PE’ing. I’ve been getting cold sores my whole life since I was a toddler and I hate them. They’re embarrassing and shitty and they make me not want to leave the house. It’s just something I have to live with and it’s been a part of me since birth.
I researched enough to find out that a lysine pill a day will help prevent cold sores. So I started buying lysine and I’ve been taking them for a few months now with no cold sores :) .
Now I also read here on the site that the ratio of L-Arginine to Lysine is what determines how effective the L-Arginine will be (IE. more cum, bigger flaccid, and also possibly better PE results?).
My question is this. By taking this excessive amount of Lysine everyday to prevent herpes break outs am I killing my PE results? I’m getting back into PE now and when I did it before I wasn’t taking the Lysine nor was I taking L-Arginine. Now that I’m taking a lot of Lysine will this make the ratio of L-Arganine to Lysine very small and as a result hurt my PE progress/cum amount/flaccid hang?
Also I remember reading that an excess of L-Arginine causes Herpes breakouts (high ratio of L-Arginine to Lysine which I try and counter with Lysine supplements). So I can’t sacrifice taking Lysine in exchange for herpes breakouts so can anyone tell me if taking the Lysine is hurting my PE or sex life at all?
