I’ve read that, about cycling L-a, but only here. I don’t cycle L-a at all unless I run out. The bennies continue and I’ve been taking this stuff for a couple years now.
Yes, I really like the nocturnal erections. They really make me feel good. ZMA is very good. I sleep extremely well with it, and of course it gives me morning wood, too. BTW, I tried to get the Diabetiderm that you talked about but unfortunately it is not available here in Canada. Are you still using it?

I mentioned it. No, I don’t use it. I don’t like the feeling the menthol/eucalyptus ingredient gives (burning), which I guess is mention to stimulate blood flow.

For example, I’d like to wake up and take NAC (n-acetyl l cystine) with tyrosine and arginine. I did so this morning and thus far have not exploded, but are they working against each other?

after 2 weeks at 1000 mg a day I’ve had no improvement in shooting force or volume. I am gradually increasing my dose. This week I will take 500 mg 3x per day. Next week I will take 1000 mg morning and night. I really hope to mirror your success. I will not make any conclusions about effectiveness until 6 weeks.
Keep in mind that you should also be drinking a lot of water too. A gallon a day. Any liquid other than water does not count (I don’t care what anyone else says about this).
For me L-a increases my alergies. I have read elswhere that this can occur. I just thought I would let others know that it does. Typically I can go cut my lawn and by the end of it my eyes are itching. however, if I am taking L-a my eyes will start itching almost from the beginning and by the time the lawn it cut I am wiped out. This is when only taking 1000mg a day (500mg morning and 500mg night) At the same time I do have more frequent morning wood.
So, now I am forced to cycle on my L-a intake. I avoid taking it for a few days before having to cut the lawn. I have not found the “right” number of days to stop taking it before because I have just started experimenting.
L-arginine works for me as well, one week and I’ve been shooting peternorth loads, about 8 full, thick shots followed by a couple of small ones. Of course, you need to drink a lot of water as BFLR said and for me, I eat a lot of clams as they are rich in zinc. Also, grain increases the volume in your semen making it thick, therefore if l-arginine makes your cum thin and liquidy, I say eat more food that are rich in grain such as cereal, bread, etc. Again, drink a lot of water, get good supplements of zinc, eat grain, and btw, I am taking 3000mg (500mg X 2) of l-arginine each day.
How long do you have to go without to save up that much for “8 full, thick shots”?
It took about a week 3000mg a day (500 mg X 2 3x a day) and about a glass (10oz) of water per half hour. Three bowls of cereal each day and some granola bars in between. Two bowls of progresso’s hearty clam chowder each morning. That should about do it. I excercise regularly so that might also be a factor (basketball, jogging)
Does anyone know where the l-a that is used in this pills comes from. I.E. vegetable source, synthetic. I prefer to get supplements as close to the original form, plant whatever as possible.
L-arg is a bodybuilding supp. Well originally, all it does it makes your body produce more nitric oxide, which equals better pumps (where muscle fills with blood) in the gym and a better hard on in the bed room

Theres a HUGE guide to amino acids, and no, they won’t work against eachother, you could get them from eating meat anyways, it’s just easier in a pill or powder
And I’d suggest working out in the gym it helps me with upping testosterone and thrusting long/harder/faster etc
I have a big bottle of L-Arginine for weightlifting, yet, never used it. I would highly recommend Panax Ginseng aka Korean Ginseng. I’ve done some research and have found out it helps with overall well being and can actually aid in the penis area. I wish I could find where exactly I read it, but it was good, that is all I know :)
