Simple question. What’s the necessary dose to get full flaccid?

I think is 1 gram or 2 at day I do not know lets see what the experts say :)

I guess he means the smaller state your unit gets, like when you are doing exercises, it’s cold or you’re nervous.

I believe he wants to know how to achieve a fuller, bigger flaccid. When I take 5 gr of L-Argenine ethyl ester, I get a much bigger flaccid an hour or so later.

Oh ok so a “fuller” flaccid not a “full” flaccid cos that would be erect size haha.

So if L-Arginine makes you have a fuller flaccid I know someone with a decent size flaccid and is allergic to nuts and nuts contain L-Arginine in it. How contradictory or just really lucky.

So if you consume a lot of nuts then you will get a bigger flaccid?

I have wondered about Citrulline malate. I understand it is a precursor to L-Arginine and that it possibly gives a longer lasting effect than L-Arginine. I have noticed that many NO boosters contain both. Is there an an added benefit in using them together rather than one or the other? Also Arginine Alphaketogluterate (AAKG) is considered to be more effective by some than L-Arginine. Can any one through any light on this?

Currently I am using 6 grams of L-Arginine or AAKG in 3 doses of 2 grams a day plus one dose of Citrulline malate. Not sure if that optimal but believe it is safe.

My understanding is that all these increase blood NO which can improve erections, increase exercise effectiveness and help lose weight. That is why I take them. Do not thing they will help increase flaccid sze. What has helped me there is using an extender (though other forms of stretching or hanging should do the same) by stretching the ligs and more recently by “dynamic stretching” using a pump as pioneered by HomerJS. I am now using a Mr Fantastic electric pump to dynamically stretch and my flaccid is noticeably larger.

Watermelon is probably a bad idea if you eat too much, especially in juice form.

Recent advice is that we should minimize fructose intake for many reasons though it is OK in fruit because of the associated fibre.
