Currently I am using 6 grams of L-Arginine or AAKG in 3 doses of 2 grams a day plus one dose of Citrulline malate. Not sure if that optimal but believe it is safe.

My understanding is that all these increase blood NO which can improve erections, increase exercise effectiveness and help lose weight. That is why I take them. Do not thing they will help increase flaccid sze. What has helped me there is using an extender (though other forms of stretching or hanging should do the same) by stretching the ligs and more recently by “dynamic stretching” using a pump as pioneered by HomerJS. I am now using a Mr Fantastic electric pump to dynamically stretch and my flaccid is noticeably larger.

Am also using AAKG at 2 grams 3 / per day. I have a feeling I get a slightly better pump post work out after the gym and get a tingling in my worked muscles that I didn’t with l-arginine. Also noticed slightly harder erections using it even before I started PE seriously and consistently. Am getting some crazy looking veins going when erect but can’t say which of the two is responsible, I am guessing a bit of both. Also agree that I don’t think flaccid is improved with AAKG

Although L-arginine may be safe when taken in the short term, it can cause a number of side effects (including indigestion, nausea, headache, bloating, diarrhea, gout, blood abnormalities, allergies, airway inflammation, worsening of asthma, and low blood pressure).

I use the Citrulline Malate from Primaforce you can buy on Amazon. I’m on my fourth or fifth container at this point over the last year or two. I had read over and over about how it was a better, distilled down version of L-Arginine.

I’ve tried AAKG several times and I thought it was pretty good stuff, but I’ve found that Citrulline is just a little better. I’m often firming up with it or getting full flaccid’s with it more regularly throughout the day than with AAKG (which I still would recommend). I’ve tried just straight L-Arginine plenty of times with pills or powders and I think it comes down to brand/quality/quantity to see any results with it. This is what you’ll hear in body building forums too. They will also recommend pairing with with L-Lysine (in the evening) to help with muscle synthesis.

Also, if you want a crazy cocktail, Citulline seems to supercharge Viagra (can’t speak to the other forms of ED meds) in my experience. But it helps when it has been in your system for a couple weeks. Also, I will note that you can kinda plateau with this stuff, so you have to cycle off of it for a few weeks.

Really though, I think other people are dead-on in that if you want to be fuller more often, working out to help blood flow, which helps your testosterone and circulatory system, then combined with some of support of an Arginine product ends up giving you noticeable results.

I don’t post much, nor do I do very much PE work, if ever anymore, but this is an area I’ve seen results in so I figured I’d mention something.

I think citrulline should improve the effectiveness of the Argenine. I usually take 3 or 4 gr of powdered citrulline dissolved in a cup of water along with the 5 gr of Powdered AEE dissolved in a cup of water.

How does l-arginine supplement or any supplement for that matter helps with aiding with penis enlargements if it helps at all? Can anyone truly say that taking this or any supplement contributed in a major way with a device or hand routine.

I take about 6g of aakg arginine and 6g citruline maleate daily 3&3 twice a day. I definitely notice an increase in pump since I started it. As for if it has helped gains that would be hard to prove. Try it for a month and see how you feel.

Tried for non-PE as good as for PE training.

Maybe better flaccid hang and sometimes more veins during workout- that’s all.

I didn’t know L-arginine had a role in PE. I have used it systematically for increasing load size. In my book, it works. You have to take it in the morning on an empty stomach, and well before food or coffee. It takes a few days to start having effect.

How much do you use man, In grams? Im going to restock in L Arginine today.
