L-Arginine as an HGH-Promoter. Timing Before or After Aerobic Workout???
I’m on 1000mg L-arginine as part of the Holy Grail of Cum stack. However, I’d also like to reap its benefits as an HGH-inducer during exercise. Now, I mostly do low weight and resistance/high rep and aerobic exercise for lean muscle. Now I know as an exercise supplement it is mainly used for body building, but it has aerobic benefits, as well. However, I have trouble timing how I should take the stack relative to a lean-muscle workout. Before? After? How long? Relative to meals and stomach fullness? All I can find is timing advice for body builders.
Anyone know how to work this stack for aerobic benefits?
