Has anyone here ever had Cum come out of their flaccid penis while on pygeum when doing kegels and reverse kegels

I bet somebody has. I have had pre-cum leak out while pooping when I was taking it. I know I’m not alone in that. As far as actual semen goes, that I’m not sure about. But many will leak pre-cum like a faucet.

All the time! Especially when I’m thinking dirty about my girlfriend and naturally pre-cum would be oozing out of me. I’m on the swedish pollen flower, black maca, l-arginine, and some other things but I don’t see it being an issue.

Pygeum causes me to leak precum pretty excessively as well.

Ok I do a lot of kegels per day. I have been on Pygeum 2 pills 4 times a day and Maca 2 pills 4 times per day. 3 days now and I can feel the kegels pull the cum from my balls filling the Urethra and by doing the Reverse kegel I can push it out of the penis.

I think I have figured it out. My kegel program that I’m on I believe I’m able to squeeze my prostate and the reverse kegel pushes the precum out.
