Is coffee bad for PE

Does anyone out there know if coffee the caffeine variety bad for PE?

Does coffee help with PE not hindering gains or is it bad by hindering gains?

I don’t think it matters either way. Too much coffee is not good. A couple cups a day is probably good for you.

I usually drink about two pots a day and I’ve done alright.

We (the wife and I) are coffee freaks. We drink probably close to two pots a day. We order the good beans the type with a low acidity, Indonesian mostly. Myself, I won’t can’t give up the coffee!

Directly it doesnt matter. Indirectly, well, it is an anti-oxidant(that’s good), but I suppose at higher quantities it could adversely affect your adrenals.

I gave up all caffeine during my newbie period and managed to pack on 0.5 x 0.7”. More recently, I managed to gain again, but this time with moderate caffeine usage. My completely unscientific opinion on the subject is that a little caffeine is probably OK, as long as it doesn’t interfere with sleep. Sleep is probably an important component of successful PE, since most growth and repair happens during sleep.

I started this thread for what it’s worth to the discussion, so I will follow this thread for any conclusions.

Besides water, I don’t drink anything other than a sugar-less lemonade, from time-to-time. I thought about adding green tea, as it is supposed to be an anti-oxidant and also the caffeine might be a good thing for the times I am a little low energy.

Though low energy isn’t a major problem. Only some days after a work out, I drag a bit. And on my last work out, I could have used a bit of an upper, as I wasn’t really ‘alive’ before I started..

All that said, I haven’t started using anything as of yet..

I was thinking beings caffeine is a zanthine related to ephedra a vassal constrictor that perhaps it might hinder gains. But coffee is great for diabetes, however decaffeinated coffee, green tea, and black tea are as powerful as their leaded siblings. I’m thinking of switching over to decaffeinated I drink 3-4 cups per day and these are 1q2 oz cups.

I’ve been only getting about 5 hours of sleep lately r/t sciatica pain which is worse at night.

Well this is the 2nd entire day without caffeine, (but the tea I drink has a little only 10mg per cup)I drink an entire quart and it contains less caffeine than one cup of coffee.
So I’m going to see how the edging session goes tonight.

I was reading modestomans post again, It seems to me that when I was in my healthy PE growth period I did not drink coffee. I don’t drink it much in the summer, but I will have ice coffee now and then, with heavy whipping cream. Fattening!

It affects penis girth I know that for a fact. However I drank a lot of caffeine the last two weeks just to see how much I could turtle down. Likely took in about 500mg per day.
Coffee is good for asthma.

Perhaps when caffeine causes anxiety that’s when your more prone to turtle.

My advice is don’t, if you’re trying to do penis enlargement. Green tea is estrogenic. Get your anti-oxidants from supplements instead.

Soy & Green Tea are probably the most estrogenic foods out there. While their anti-androgenic effects have not been profoundly demonstrated, I figure - why take chances? I avoid.
