Anti-Depressant Dapoxetine For Premature Ejaculation

Hey guys, I’m Bizzledizzle. 44 year-old male. I’ve only posted a couple of times, if that many. I’m not the most social person, due to ADHD/Asperger’s and so I’m more of a lurker in my everyday life too and not the most aware of the nuances of internet forum etiquette. Don’t know if I should’ve formally introduced myself somewhere else, or how all of that works. Since someone asked earlier in the thread, I thought I’d weigh in on my research experience with I-D’s dapoxetine so that it might help someone else if possible. I have no affiliation with their site whatsoever, or any other product related to Penis enlargement/Premature ejaculation for that matter.

I received their product a few days ago along with some sildenafil. I’ve had on/off issues with premature ejaculation for a long time. I think it’s due to sensitivity and the level of excitement I get in the heat of the moment. Sometimes (especially early mornings) I can last for a very long time, or if I really focus and get into a groove after no foreplay, but this is rare. Other times, it’s seconds to minutes depending on how excited I am, and how recently I’ve had sex. I’m married with six children in total, five sons, one daughter, three still living at home.

The p.e. Issue has been a big source of anxiety/stress for me. Never gotten any grief from my wife for it. She never goes unsatisfied, but I’ve always wanted to prolong the experience for both of us for obvious reasons. I’ve taken several antidepressants over the years for depression, anxiety, etc. That go along with my diagnoses and it’s never really helped my issue. I have had good luck with opiates and alcohol, but I’m three years sober and don’t touch that stuff anymore, even tramadol (it too is addictive despite what some may say.)

I’ve never had such complete satisfaction or control the way I did last evening with 60mgs of dapoxetine and 25mgs of sildenafil (the sildenafil isn’t a necessity for me, just wanted to try it).

I had tried 30mgs of dapoxetine the first night with 25mgs of sildenafil and lasted only a couple of minutes after some heavy foreplay with a wife who was very hot and bothered by some heavy oral/manual work. Lately I’ve been finishing her off and then taking my turn. After this experience with the 30mgs, I wondered if it was hopeless since the other antidepressants have never really helped me either. Last night, however, I decided to up it to 60 and give it one last shot before chunking it in the garbage. It worked like a charm. Had complete control, no loss of sensation, and when I was ready, came exactly when I wanted to after pounding (which I normally can’t do) in several positions for as long as I wanted.

I am very happy. I have been doing kegels/reverse kegels, only reverse kegels, edging, etc. To no avail up to this point. I think I’m just wired that way. My glans is extremely sensitive and I can even come too soon when my dick has been slathered from glans to base with pharmaceutical grade lidocaine/benzocaine cream and wrapped in saran wrap for an hour. From what I understand this is a common condition in the ADHD community.

Only problems I experienced with the product is 1) It tastes very bad, and 2) At 60 mgs, I had difficulty falling asleep for about an hour or so, which is a problem I already have anyway; I think it just made it a little bit worse. Maybe I was just too excited because it worked : )

I doubt I will take this every time, but it’s nice to know it is an option. Can’t wait for U.S. Approval.

Dapoxitine for some people bad for others there is not a definite answer but if worked as you said and do not have dramatic side effects then you can continue with the drug. Yes it should be available in the US under another name but you may need doc script to get it from a pharmacy.

I’ve thought about getting some myself. When on it did you keep your normal hardness level or did it lower your eq?
Did it lower your libido?
Those are both possible side effects.

Honestly Ed726, I can’t really say since the both times I used the dapoxetine, I took 25 mgs of sildenafil with it. I bought it at the same time and was anxious to try it as well. So my EQ levels may have been masked by the sildenafil. I don’t necessarily need the sildenafil, just wanted to try it.

I can tell you I have taken several different SSRIs in the past, and when I took the dapoxetine, I didn’t feel like I had taken an SSRI at all. It was clean and pretty nice actually. No grogginess, drop in libido, et. Cetera.

Sometimes what works for someone else might not work for ourselves, we just need to keep trying until we find something that does.

yeah make sure it is the real product but some el cheapo medication and very fresh not manufactured on old date

First post ever.

I struggled with premature ejaculation all my life. I’d always have get drunk or take painkillers to last longer than 10 minutes.

Spoke to my doc about being quick on the draw, and he prescribed 10mg citalopram. He had heard good things about it.

Unbelievable. I have complete control of my ejaculations now. I can literally finish as soon or as long as I want. Not sure why but it worked for me.

It’s a great feeling to be able to pound my wife for a long as she wants. I had always been sure to she came before this discovery but now Our sex life has never been better.

Try it. Make that appointment with your doc. You will thank me.

I have experienced no such problems.

As with most things, works for some, not for others.

Sex makes us feel good, happy, and relaxed, but only after we performed great and be able to satisfy our partner.
For most men these days, longer ejaculation has become a lost cause. Make no mistake about it, lasting longer in orgasm can level the field on those with large penis size.

I’m happy for you that you could solve your premature ejaculation problem on a short hand with pharma drugs.

Have read the article from the premature pills manufacturer too and there certainly is some truth in the proposed 12 possible measures. It’s even surprising that a pharma manufacturer proposes non-pharmaceutic measures to be taken before his pills come into action. That speaks for the seriosity of the site!

I am still missing two options which for me help a lot:
- Kegel training as training for blood inflow to the penis (more EQ related) and ejaculation control training
- Edging as option to enhance stamina and orgasm control

Supposing that you generally are interested to reduce the daily drug intake, I just think you could give those two options a try.

Dapoxetine has too many side effects its job is to make you lose your libido and other sides to counteract your premature ejaculation I don’t think its a good solution to the problem.

Thanks Richard and Miked. I lasted about fifteen minutes last night without anything. I was very pleased. I’ve found her level of natural lubrication plays a huge role in my ability to last longer. The more friction, the worse off I am. Before last night, I hadn’t orgasmed in about a week, and didn’t do anything different than usual.

Her being really hot and bothered helped tremendously, but is obviously a double-edged sword because it gets me more excited to see her so excited. I did have to stop for a few seconds to regroup a couple of times, but ended up lasting longer than she did. Thanks for the words of encouragement.
