I have stopped using celery seeds for a few days and the effects waned gradually. I restarted taking celery seeds again today and the effects are back immediately. So that is the proof that celery seeds really make a difference.

I am definitely going to try some of this. I never knew or heard of celery seed doing this. It seem to be the next viagra .. LOL

Try replacing zinc with oyster extract, it made a big difference for me. I haven’t tried the celery seeds, but I will pick some up today.

There’s talk here about lecithin. Men have to watch how much soy they consume. If too much soy is consumed the man risks what is termed ‘estrogen dominance’. With this condition, a man’s testosterone level could drop, leading to less than desirable results. Here’s a link to consider.

In this article it states 25 grams of soy is ok for men. I don’t believe that for one minute. I would put the number more at 2.5 grams.

The one that I eat with. I have since increased to about 1/2 teaspoon six times a day.

I have to provide my opposite experience with soy. I used to take 20 - 25 grams of soy protein per day, as a protein supplement, and I noticed no negative effects at all (I obviously didn’t get my sperm count checked). In fact I gained muscle mass, muscle recovery time was shortened, and erection quality was not diminished at all. It did not negatively affect weight gain (fat gain), sex drive, or erectile function (as the article you linked to suggests as negative side effects).

Mind you, I am in my 20s, so that’s probably a factor also. Another factor may be that I cycled it. Meaning, after finishing a 2 pound tub, I would be off it for a few weeks, or even a couple months before I started the next cycle.

So I don’t think men should be terrified of soy. I say just try it and monitor yourself for the negative side effects.

Guys, what kind of celery seeds are we talking about? Are they pills or fresh? Where to get them from?

Must or should the celery seed be ground or is the raw seed form alright? Also I have found 2 types of celery seed at the spice store, any preferences when it come to type? How many times a day do you take it and about how much do you take each time? It is very cheap to get from spice stores, the only rub when using celery seed is buying the empty capsules and filling them.
