Since I’m into (mild) bodybuilding, I sometimes get allerted to these news-worthy items:
Since PE basically revolves around growth, which is (partly) a hormonal thing, this might be of interest to folk here:

What did you mean exactly with these two:
9)Intermittent vegan days with normal BB diet.
10)Skipping before bed shakes and meals. (Did you mean rope skipping before bed? What’s a BB diet?)

I already knew about Lactic acid resistance training (German Body Composition), I’m planning on getting started next week. (GBC implies less rest -> lactic acid build up) I’ve worked out fasted too, that’s not as hard as you’d think! (Heck, if Muslims can partake in athletic events too, during their fast.)

I have quite bad experiences with carb loading (meaning you deplete your carbs for a while), that made me feel feeble, and having to drink a glass of soda, in the evening.

BTW I just thought of this: (not very related to PE, but it is related to fitness): cardio is bad for those who want to grow muscle,because the energy for that gets taken from the muscles.

That’s not what carb-loading means. It means the opposite: Eating lots of carbs a day to a few days before you perform exercise that requires high-energy usage.

@Eponymous, ah, you’re right of course. The trick with my protocol back then was, that loading worked better after depletion

And @sta-kool, thanks for the tip, there are many sites which discuss/advocate HIIT (over cardio), I’ve done (a sort of) HIIT, worked well.

And search Livestrong.com for more tips on increasing GH.
