Human Growth Hormones

Human Growth Hormones

Sorry if this is the wrong Supplement to talk about at thunders, but I’ve been here for awhile now and feel more comfortable talking about it here.

Anybody have experience with HGH? or Pituitary Growth Hormone (pGH)?

My stats:
22 years of age in Oct.
6’1” Height
74” wing spanned
172 lbs

I’ve never had my Body fat professionally checked. But I can almost guarantee its under 8% I am well ripped. I’ve been working out almost every day for about a year. I take Wednesdays and Saturdays off for breaks.

This is my diet:
Breakfast - 3 eggs, toast (no butter). And some fruit.
Brunch - Half serving of Super Mass gainer Supplement.
Lunch - Tuna sandwich, potato chips, grapes.
Snack (random)
Dinner - Steak, ribs, chicken, beef. always some sort of prime meat. and greens.
Gym 1-2 hrs after dinner
Post Workout - Half serving of Super Mass Gainer Supplement.
1-2 hrs before bead - some sort of snack. usually Teketos.
Then all over next day.

Now I’ve heard that HGH doesn’t increase your height after your 21. But then I’ve also been told that It could make you taller despite your age. Now if HGH could make me grow that would be great, but my main focus is gaining weight. I want to be around 200 lbs. very sharp and athletic.

Its mostly do to the career I’m pursuing. I’m trying to get onto the fire dept. I’m close with some firefighters and body builders, but I don’t want this getting out to anybody about my interest in HGH, or I would of gone to them and ask about it.

So I’ve given my stats, and what I’m hoping to get out of HGH. IF anybody here can give me any info on if this is the right route to take. Now what I mean by right route is, Is am I looking into the right supplement. I’m all about Natural building, but I’m throwing that out the bag for awhile.

Thanks all.

From what I’ve heard, HGH alone is not very potent when it comes to adding mass.

If you’re looking for quick mass, testosterone is probably your best bet. I hear good things about enanthate. Just be aware that what comes fast, goes away fast. Keep in mind that natural testosterone levels are not enough to keep the mass gained thanks to usage of synthetic testosterone, so you’re likely to lose a lot of it unless you keep using it (either always on, which is not recommended, or in cycles).

However, and don’t take this the wrong way, looking at what you eat, I don’t think you’re ready for either HGH or testosterone. You need few years of proper training and nutrition before even considering playing with hormones. Your current menu looks poor to say the least. I can only imagine what your training looks like.

Mass gainers are a waste of money, it’s just expensive sugar if you look at its ingredients. Even a newbie should know that whey is the ultimate choice of post workout meal.

I can tell with 100% certainty that your body fat is not less than 8%. I’m saying this because I’ve seen way too many people making huge mistakes about their body fat %, thinking they’re already below 10% when they see first signs of abs.

Competitive bodybuilders have 4-5% and I’m talking about top ones you see on Mr. Olympia. My friend (who competes) had 7% after dehydration and he walked 3-6 hours a day (that’s ~1000-2000 calories deficit for his weight) on contest preparations.

All in all, you should start eating more (both quality and quantity) and make sure that you’re training properly and think about hormones in 3-5 years maybe.

And please understand that I’m trying to give you constructive criticism. :)

I chuckled when I saw potato chips in your meal :)

HGH is really only worthwhile if you’re middle aged or older. In younger people it doesn’t do much. If you’re really interested in steroids then it’s probably best you look at something other than HGH but I can’t offer advice as to which one as I have no experience and very little knowledge in this regard.

If you can see your Linea Alba in your abdomen then you are well below 8% body fat.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

What is teketos? Your diet is what you need to work with primarily, start counting calories, grams of protein, fat, and carbs. Learn all about your diet that is the only way you will reach your goals. I wouldn’t use HGH unless I was a 240lb bodybuilder trying to get up to 270 or an old man.

Reading your diet is making my mouth drool though, oh well back to my plain chicken and rice and sweet potato’s. :(

PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

There is a part of your bones called the epiphysial plate, commonly called the growth plate, which is where growth (length / height) takes place. When you get older and stop growing this plate fuses and can no longer grow.

HGH will have no effect on your height once your growth plates have fused. For some people that is 21 for others that is 19, others 24 etc. There is no hard and fast rule for it. I would venture to guess that it will have little to no effect on your height.

HGH is a great drug if you can afford it. It’s a very expensive drug. Usually goes anywhere from $800-$1200. It has to be taken for at least 6 months. It’s injected subcutaneously, anywhere from 4-8 I.you. A days, usually done in the stomach. HGH can cause any part of your body to grow. It’s not just your height. There are some bodybuilders who used HGH and have abnormally large hands, feet, forehead etc. Also not everything grows proportionately. One leg may be longer than the other. Also it causes your internal organs to grow. Now as for the effects desired, HGH is a great drug. It works as a catalyst for whichever other type of steroid you decide to take.

As for adding size, it will work as long as it’s stacked with a mass building steroid. Sustanon is a good choice. In order to not lose what you’ve gained from using these two drugs you would need to take something called HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin). This is usually started two weeks before your cycle ends in order to get your body to produce natural testosterone so you don’t “crash” and lose everything you’ve gained.

If you want to get ripped up you would want to stack it with winstrol v or primobolan. Still it gets very costly.

If you looking for a steroid that will aid in muscle mass along with strength gains while not producing really noticeable results then I’d look into primobolan. It’s a very mild steroid that is a favorite amongst exercise fanatics. Winstrol V is also a good steroid for gaining size and staying lean. It doesn’t stop your body from producing testosterone, but it’s a water-based steroid and it has to be injected every other day. It does come in a pill form also, which is usually more costly.

If you have any more questions about juice PM me. I’ll happily answer anything I can.

This should read 4-8 IU’s A day. IU Stands for individual units. You would use an insulin needle for this.

Freder 23 is pretty right on. I’ve heard numbers that range as high as 26 (regarding the closing of your growth plates), but as was mentioned, human bodies are never standard form; some will close sooner, some later. If you use HGH after your plates have closed, you will most likely see thicker bones, but not longer. Moreover, bone tissue will be added but probably not where you’d want it. Unless of course you want a really blocky looking head. Muscle tissue is a different story, and that’s one I don’t know much about. As was mentioned by a few others in this and other hormone related threads, messing with your endocrine system is probably not the wisest idea. Besides, dudes have been fighting fires for years without hormone supplements.

I’ve been able to see that for as long as I can remember! I’ve never known what that was, but depending on how I flex my abs it pops out and it’s VERY noticeable. Thanks for sharing that! I thought it was due to weak abs not being able to hold back my inner liner or something weird along those lines. Ha ha.

I apologize I spelled that horribly wrong. It’s Taquitos. And I’m not 100% sure what more to eat. I’m told at the gym and from buddies that I need to eat all of this and a crap load of that. What exactly am I supposed to eat? I don’t know whats in what, so I just try eating what ever I can find.

What stick into my head is 4000 calories, 280 grams of protein. That’s all I know, and for all I know that’s wrong based off my stats.

So basically my little dream of being 6’3” is not realistic, but having a projector screen for a forehead is… Would I be able to find out about my growth plates from a doctor? And would that be expensive to do, or is it even worth going through all this to find out?

Thanks for all that info. I will be getting in contact with you shortly. Thank you.

That’s true in many cases, But there’s dudes fighting fires for years with a hand full of hormone supplements. I just don’t see myself being as tiny as I am as a FF. That’s all, I’d just feel a lot more confident being bigger. Not that I’m not confident or anything.

280 grams of protein?!

Are you aiming to hit 140kg (~308lb)? Because that’s a lot of protein and I’d dare say it’s more then you need.

No that’s good you say that. See a long time ago, I’m talking like back in high school we did this formula in football to know how much we need to eat. And I’ve always remembered 230g of protein. But I was recently told to boost that up to 280. There’s no way in hell I’ve ever managed to eat that much but it’s just what I’ve been told by a lifter at the gym.

If I remember it right it has to do with subtracting your body fat from front actual weight and multiplying it by 1.5 (1.5=grams of protein per pound). And I came up with 230. Body fat was based off 10% I think.

Been in GH and it is much too expensive for the benefits. You can get much more bang for your buck with gear. With gh, the side effects are plenty and the intended effects take 6 months or more to realize.

There is CJC and the other growth hormone releasing peptides that have a synergenic effect injected together. Most of these peptides can be bought at research chemical sites while you are rolling the dice trying to find GH.

That then becomes 3.3 grams of protein per kg which is a lot of protein. In all the literature I’ve read about protein consumption they’ve recommended 2g of protein per kilo as a maximum. 1.5g to 2g per kilo was a recommended guideline.

If you want to get big, eat right and it’ll come soon enough. There’s no point in using HGH if you don’t know the basics about proper nutrition.

2.5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight is a good amount for adding mass, but don’t forget about lots of complex carbs (oat, pasta, rice, rye bread).

3.5-4 grams is good amount if you’re going to use steroids, which I don’t recommend at this point.
