How often I should take my vitamin supplements?

I think I harmed to my organism by vitamins.

My story. I had engaged in weight-lifting and I’ve been taking some vitamins. Then I suddenly broke my ankle-bone (sport injury) and I couldn’t do any sports but I didn’t stopped my vitamin taking in the same dose. Then after 3-4 months I noticed some differences in my organism. I noticed that I feel my liver and my kidneys, no pain, I just feel them (I hope you understand what I mean, If I feel it it’s not good), I noticed some discomfort. I believe I harmed to my liver and to my kidneys. Am I right? And I had to take a break from my vitamins? Or there is some other reason?

During my weight-lifting life I took vitamins for about 2 years without any breaks and everything was fine, but after that injury…

Generally, how often I should take my vitamin supplements?

What vitamins and supplements are you taking and in what quantity?

And how much water do you drink a day?

memento, just simple vitamins A, B, C vitamins. Very cheap vitamins, made in Russia, in normal quantity.

Not much, at that period of time.

It started 2 years ago. So, I’m suffering for about 2 years, I just decide to ask you guys.

The first thing I would do is start drinking 2 liters of water per day. I doubt your vitamin intake is too much, but you need the water to flush out impurities in your system and make things easier on your liver and kidneys.

The most obvious reason for liver trouble is alcohol. You also buying that Russian vodka?

I drink something about 3 liters of water per day for about a year - not a great effect. But I understand, plenty of water it’s good for health.

About Russian vodka, :) I don’t drink Russian vodka. Yes, I’m from Kazakhstan it’s former republic of Soviet Union, but we are not Russians, we’re different type of people we’re Kazakhs; we drink vodka but not so much. And I think I’m not stupid, and I understand that it’s a pure poison.

When I drink plenty of water plus, no vitamins taking, I’m noticing some little positive effects, also I pee more often.

I know what the Doctor say, he’ll say,
1. No vitamins taking.
2. Strict [rigid] diet.
3. Medicine.

I don’t like it. I need to become a vegetarian + chemical medicine. I don’t want to be a vegetarian. I don’t want to take any chemistry.
Also I wanna say this. I don’t believe in our Medicine (Medicine of Kazakhstan). Our Medicine now in horrible condition. Most of our doctors are not competent. They can kill you with their medicine - without any penalty/punishment. Complete chaos in Medicine. Corruption is everywhere.

That’s why I’m asking you, guys.

If you are eating good foods extra vitamins aren’t really needed. Be careful not to take too much of fat-soluble vitamins such as A and E.

What symptoms are you having? Your kidneys and liver feel strange?

If this is the case, I’d go to the doctor and have him do a simple blood test. I don’t know what the equivalent there would be, but here in America it would be a Chem20, which checks basic things. It would provide an overview of liver and kidney function, among other things.

Now I’m trying to buy not cheap, good-quality vitamins.
