Hello, I’m 23 and I’ve been taking this stack for a few weeks now. Have definitely noticed an increase in sexual pleasure and stamina. I’ve also raised the L-Arginine doses up to 2.5 grams up to twice a day. I have a question. Should I be cycling this stack? As in, not taking it religiously ever day? Can it harm my body if I do? Like my kidneys, liver, etc?

As far as I’ve read in posts about peoples stacks, most people do cycle in and out of them. Some go 5 days on, 2 days off. Others maybe 2 weeks on, 5 days off. Most of these supplements aren’t that bad and occur naturally in a typical for the most part. However there is that thing about pills being not the greatest for your kidneys or liver. So others may be able to say more on this fact then me. I don’t think cycling is a bad idea, givse your body a break from the pills for a bit. Use your best judgment. Apparently lecithin helps boost the health of the liver, or so I read from a study on it.

Ok, that makes sense to me. I might try going a couple days off in the future.

I’ve been taking Lecithin [1200mg] for about two weeks now, and pygeum [100mg extract, x2 a day] for a week. I haven’t seen any results yet, is this normal or should I up my dosage?

I take 2 (1200mg) doses of sunflower lecithin. The bottle recommends taking 2-3 capsules a day. So I’d say you could go upto 3600mg if you wanted. Try 2 pills (2400mg) and see if that helps. It might not be in your system fully yet either as most supplements are said to take time before effects can be seen. So maybe it could take 2-3 weeks before you see a big impact. I’ve only been taking mine for 3 days. Today while doing my routine I was much harder than usual, was producing more pre cum even and was experiencing great satisfaction without Cumming, had a supper strong urge too but I kept edging it off. I’ve upped my L-Arginine dose from 1.8g to 3.8g per day, that may have something too do with my experience today too.

What’s your water intake. You can up doses of anything, but if you’re not drinking enough you won’t get the visible increase.

Well it is often mentioned before Citrulline gives you atemp pump more or less 1/2 hour as that it is used for gym to give you a pump together with L-Arginine

Exactly.

On it’s own it does very little. It works with Arginine to make it last longer and enhance vasodilatation.

It took about 3 weeks for me to see (notice) any results.
I’m now on week 8 and it has actually dropped off some.
I still have get precum secretion when at the gym doing my workouts, especially when doing legs or abs.

The human body is extremely adaptive for the most part and I’m thinking that after a 6 to 8 week cycle of the Lecithin and Pygeum, it may need a week or two of “off time”.
I’m going to drop mine on the 15th and then pick it back up again come Aug. 1st.
That would be a good 2 week off. I want to see if I get the same effect I did at week 3 when originally starting it.

I could not agree more.

Cycling on and off a “stack” works well for many different types of Rx and Supplements.

Again .. The human body adapts VERY quickly so it’s good to throw it a curve-ball now and then.

Stacks actually work better that way.
