How much did you take and what else were you taking? How did you conlude that? There could be other contributing factors.

Anyone have experience with Saw Palmetto? I’m taking 450 a day with 1200 of Lecithin. I’m trying to increase cum and precum both, do I need pygeum?

1200 mg a day for a month. Increase of cum load, decrease of erection quality.

Drop the Saw Palmetto bud. My doctor told me that’s not a good choice and will drop your libido like an anvil.
Try this:
1200 of Sunflower Lecithin and 750 of Pygeum once a day (a.m.) then another Pygeum in the evening.
It took about three weeks and I started to be a precum factory. It actually freaked me out some since it seems to happen more during physical activity .. (At the gym, or working in the yard, etc.).

Now .. This next part I added and it’s a tad expensive AND I’m still testing it out:
Take four per day of I-Satori ISA-Test GF Advanced caps (take all 4 at once.
If you’re a gym rat, take 1 hour before your workout.
On off days, (and non-gym-rats) take before bed.

Take three per day Maca 6:1 by Now Food and Nutrition
I take one with each meal.

Take six per day of Testo Jack 200 Extra Strength by Now Food and Nutrition
I take two with each meal.

About 2 days into this stack .. Things started to kick in.
Probably because it’s a pretty high dose of Maca and Tribulus.
The second night I had wood ALL night. (As in .. I actually got worried, but all was fine).
Precum is awesome and the libido went through the roof.
I would describe it like having a cigarette addiction .Where wanting to JO or better yet (having sex) keeps popping into your head.
It was pretty intense at first but has eased off some .. Or I’ve just gotten used to it. I can’t tell.

I treated myself to a massage while on vacation this week and totally messed the sheets with precum when face-down getting a sports massage.

Ah, thanks for the advice then. Although its a pain to order things online where I live, most things take a month or more to arrive. Do any major stores sell Pygeum, like Walmart, CVS, Walgreen, etc? I’m getting mixed results with google.

Oh, and should I get the extract (100mg from Swanson) or the 500mg non extract version? Is there a difference?

I’m taking the regular Swanson Pygeum 500 mg 3xs a day and it’s the ticket.
You could get the extract but they are only 100 mg and about a dollar more .. And when you get an extract .. It may not be as effective.
It’s an interesting effect when it comes to herbals.

Not to go into it all here, but to make an extract they must process the herb and that removes other compounds.
With this particular compound .. I would not do that. The stuff REALLY should be taken as close to it’s original form as possible.
Same goes for the Maca.

I would go with the regular (Standardized) version.
I’m using it and it’s doing the trick.

Lecithin Question

I was at GNC today and picked up The GNC Branded 1200mg Lecithin soft gels.
I am curious as to if this was the wrong way to go , as it appears to be neither soy , nor sunflower Lecithin.
I wanted to link to the product page at GNC but was worried it would run me afoul of the rules here . The ingredients are as Follows

I would appreciate your thoughts , I am also curious as I did seem to note a bit of reduction in hardness , is that why the OP went with a bit of a cocktail ?

L-Arginine is supposed to help with erection stiffness, I’ve taken it for awhile as its in my protein drinks and also in my mega man multivitamin power I put in with the protein powder. I can’t say if it does make a huge difference cause I have used it for along time and being in my mid 20’s surely helps, but I would say give that a try. I think it is in the original op “cocktail” list for that reason as he stated it does help a lot with EQ but not at all as an effect for cum volume. I currently haven’t gone full in on with these supplements as of yet, I do take a 25mg zinc pill, 154mg vitamin e, between (2000-3000mg of fish oils/1000-1500mg of omega 3 fatty acid blend) and 1824mg of L-Arginine in my protein drinks (along with lot’s of other amino acids and vitamin profile). I’ll be trying 1200mg of sunflower lecithin soon (when it comes in; hopefully this week), I’m interested too see what the effects will have for me. Pygeum I’m still not sure of, it seems to be talked about more as a pre-cum supplement, and I’m not as interested in that personally.

Just too be clear I don’t take all my supplements at once either. I take them staggered throughout the day. Usually 2 protein/vitamin drinks (one in the morning and one in the evening/or after workout depending on the day) and the other supplements I split up with the meals of the day.

L-Arginine is an awesome vasodilator! It actually the base element of ED Rx. L-arginine is converted in the body into a chemical called nitric oxide. Nitric oxide causes blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow. L-arginine also stimulates the release of growth hormone, insulin, and other substances in the body. You can take about 3000mg at one time and you can safely take that 3xs a day, but be advised that if you take it late in the afternoon or evening it could keep you awake. It has a stimulating effect and is thus the base of many pre-workout formulas. When taken with the another amino acid “ornithine” it’s effects are even more efficient. This combo is a great stack for the gym .. Or the bedroom.

Mr Higgs your stack is very interesting. I take pygeum, but I’ve always been dry and don’t give out precum unless I’m extremely aroused and have edged for a long time and then its one tiny drop. I have found that it is a little bit more since using pygeum

Has anyone found a preference of time when to take lecithin? I don’t want to mess around with the possibility of it effecting my sleep or anything, has anyone found it’s better too take at night or in the morning? I split my vitamin/supplement stack throughout the day and just wondering where I should add the lecithin. (Just got some sunflower lecithin that I ordered today)
