Been on the grail except without the pygeum. Little to no increase at first.

Don’t forget to drink up to a gallon of fresh water daily. That will make your semen clearer and thinner in consistency.

Once I’ve emptied my bladder I usually give my cock a really good stretch for 3 minutes. I ejaculate approx 3 times weekly these days and find I have good energy reserves.
