We’ll,,,, I have been taking the holy grail for 3 weeks now with no improvement on load size, precum, or orgasm intensity. I am 34 yrs old an in good shape (96 percentile cooper standard). With reading other posts I am not clear if the people with the most results are generally people who are not in the best of shape and start to diet and exercise once begging the regiment. Will the guys who have had an increase in load please outline your general health prior to the regiment and if you began going to the gym or otherwise improving your health once beginning the pill regiment.

I’ve read in other threads that taking L’arginine is beneficial for when doing PE exercises anyway due helping with increased blood flow ? What are anybody else’s thoughts on this.

I would consider myself fit. That said, I wonder if it helped my one testicle increase output with my prostate. I think the missing link for me was Pygeum and increased water intake. Bigger loads and nice flow of precum.

The increase was pretty quick. I don’t remember the actual amount of days, but it wasn’t long; just long enough for my body to load up with the stuff. I couldn’t believe it; I was shooting short streams of cum. But that was only after I would work myself up sexually, you know, holding off as long as possible then letting it go. I don’t know if it was the stack or the hold off, but I do know that without the stack I never came like that before. And even now, a year later, without making myself hold off, my load is still increased. It’s also clearer and more runny, not cloudy and pasty. Also, I am diligent at drinking at least 90 oz. Of cold, fresh water everyday, and more if you work out, that’s important anyway. If you expect a good load it’ll take an adequate supply of water.

For the sweetness, I used to also drink wheat grass juice. Its harder to come by in some locales, like here in Buffalo. It sort of tastes like sweetened grass, lol. But not bad. You can buy them in a box of 1 or 2 oz. Shots, usually 10 to a box. But I’ll bet you can buy it in bulk in bottles from someone. I just can’t find it out here anymore, it doesn’t sell good here so it’s not carried in stores. Sucks! But take the stack and drink plenty of water, and take cinnamon pills and drink pineapple juice daily. Once the stack loads up in your body your load will increase, you’ll start to leak pre-cum a lot before you actually cum, your cum will look better and once someone tastes it there will be no more complaints about the. What you want is Non-GMO Lecithin. Buy a bottle that says this, “Sunflower Lecithin, Non-GMO.” Good luck.

Soy Reduces Sperm Count-New 2008 Study

A new study published today in by the Human Reproduction Journal has once again linked consumption of soy with reduced sperm count.

The study, found that eating as little as half a cup of soy a day can cut your perm count in half. Soy foods contain substances called “isoflavones” which are believed to cause sperm death.

The normal concentration of sperm for fertile men is 120 million sperm per milliliter. Men who ate the highest concentrations of soy in the study were found to have sperm concentrations of only 41 million. By comparison, men with sperm concentrations of 20 million or less are considered infertile.

The study, which was conducted by researchers affiliated with the Harvard School of Public Health and Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, is likely to continue to fuel the raging debate in scientific circles over the effect of soy on male fertility.

Previous studies which established the adverse link between soy consumption and sperm count were attacked by soy growers who pointed out that in Asian societies men eat far more soy in their daily diets can have no problems with fertility.

Soy is growing in popularity in American, European and other Western diets, and can be found in a wide range of products including meatless burgers (soy burgers), tofu products and is used widely in Chinese and Asian cooking.”

So it appears their could be a negative relationship between soy and sperm count: I.e., as soy intake increases, sperm count decreases. But then this is just one source.

Well that’s me got all my supplements now and started them today.

L’arginine , pygeum, zinc and lecithin .

Only issue is I’ve inadvertently bought soy based lecithin !!
Could this have an adverse effect ?
I’m not concerned about sperm count just looking to increase load size.

I’ve had a vasectomy so I doubt my sperm count could be affected anyway !! Just looking for increased load size.
I’m combining these supplements with my usual healthy diet, some of which includes lots of watery fruits such as pineapples and melon.
I also drink around 2 litres of good quality fresh water daily.

Increase your water intake to 3 - 3.5 litres. I drink 3 litres and 3.5 when I work out. Two litres isn’t enough. It will keep you alive sure enough, but you have more goals. The soy lecithin is fine. It’s not going to harm you. Some say though that it aids in the production of estrogen. I don’t know how true that is.

You’ll be a veritable Mount St. Helens (For those that don’t know, that’s a volcano that erupted in the US.).

Too be honest my water intake is probably nearer that amount. I take 2 litres out of the house per day plus whatever I have in the house.

Maca, horny goat weed, pygeum, zinc ,a solid miltivitamin and plenty of water - it’s worked wonders for me.

I’ve always had large ejaculations even before adding the supplements, but since I’ve been on them, the increase has been amazing. On occassion I’ll add a Max Load, Semenax or Ejaculoid pill before sex for an added boost.
