Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

My current girlfriend said I shot a huge load, and I’d been stacking up with celery. The first shot went over her shoulder and behind her, so it was quite a blast. I’m not sure if the celery improved my feelings of well-being, but being fibrous and no cals basically, they must be good for your digestive tract. But I’m pretty sure my nice load was correlated to my celery intake.

Tried the original post for over a week and not really noticed much difference. A small increase in EQ but that could be unrelated. Thicker, whiter cum but no increase in volume or pre cum. I’ve read all 38 pages of this thread and the most insightful posts have been regarding the contributing factors to cum load.

I think unless you are lacking in one of these supplements, in your diet, you probably won’t notice any benefit.
I have a good diet, get plenty of exercise and always drink plenty of water, usually shoot pretty far and always have, so perhaps I’m already at maximum output ;)

I’ve wanted to try this for a while and finally bought some Lecithin (1200 mg) and Zinc (50 mg). It’s been a little over a week since I started taking them every morning and I definitely noticed a significant difference. There’s a definite increase in distance and number of shots. Volume is increased as well but not quite as dramatically as I hoped. I haven’t incorporated the Pygeum yet (need to order some, maybe today) and I haven’t been taking L-Arginine because it’s already in my daily protein mix. I’ve also been drinking more water than usual so that surely contributed something to the volume. I also just started taking the Men’s Rainbow Light to improve taste; the girlfriend will be monitoring several times a week. She’s said it’s already not as bad as usual but that’s probably due to increased hydration. Changing the taste is probably more important than anything else for her.

Also for people saying to wait 10 days between ‘sessions’, there is a too long. I don’t remember the medical terms but if you wait too long to ejaculate then your body starts getting rid of it which would end up being less in the long run. I went about 9 days once and was surprised when it was regular amount. But 3-4 days is when I get very high volumes naturally. Everybody will be slightly different and a lot of this has to do with your overall health, and smoking/drinking/sitting for too long works against you.

PSA anything more than 50mg Zinc daily is quite toxic, a terrible idea as maximum.

It’s been a while since I last wrote here.
In these months I’ve suspended the pills for a few times, I didn’t want to make a habit of it and I had no constant need for the increased load (being in a long distance relationship).

I can confirm all I said before, somewhere around page 38 I think; the truly relevant factors to increase load are, in order of relevance:
1- sexual excitement and lasting foreplay, to build up cum.
2- water and body hydration.
3- a well balanced diet.
4- pills; probably arginine and zinc are more important, pygeum and lecithin not so much (not sure though).

For those interested in precum, yes the stack makes a difference (probably pygeum?) but you’ll notice only in the proper scenario.
When I’m about to have sex, for example, I rarely have enough time to notice that much precum. On the other hand when I’m having phone sex or sexting after some time (half hour or so) the effect is evident, and I found myself almost drooling.

And in the end, for those interested in the long spurts; pills won’t really help you with that. You have to exercise your PC muscle, and when you’re about to cum restrain yourself, tensing the muscle. 2. L-Lysine: does the opposite of the L-Arginine. It’s not need. Well unless you have herpes, in which you might wanna make sure to take 10 x 1000 mg tablets a day.

For most people, a dosage of about 1 g of lysine per day is a sufficient intake, according to the New York University Langone Medical Center. Children ages 2 to 12 years of age should take about 23 mg per kilogram of their body weight each day.

3. Korean Ginseng: Pretty much a total waste.

4. Zinc: 50mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 50mg

If you’re going to post something like this you should provide a link supporting the claims. Real careful with what goes into my body and L-Arginine is one of a handful of supplements I take. From what’s been posted here most people take 3-5 grams a day. I only take 1-3 because of acid reflux issues and L-Arg can exacerbate heartburn. Bottom line have to disagree with you some of the points you’ve made.

Sure if you had a heart attack you should be careful with any supplement. Regarding Heart and Kidneys.

Larger, longer-term studies are needed to confirm these initial positive effects.

Kidney disease or failure

As for Cancer, haven’t found anything saying it cause it. Have read that in some studies it can help the growth of Cancer and in others that it can assist with attempts to cure it.

Don’t have time right now but too much Zinc can be bad and I prefer to not supplement but to do it naturally with food (almonds & seafood). Also stopped taking DHEA a couple years ago based on something I read about being bad for something (liver maybe).

Completely agree with you on the watermelon, blueberries (I eat a cup a day) and Pomegranate (drink 8 zo a day). Just want to add that if you really want to boost NOS then research beet/beetroot juice, which I drink about 6-8 oz a day mixed with carrot and V-8.
