Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

ZMA does it for me.

Years before I began PE, as a competitive athlete I used ZMA to aid in recovery through free testosterone maintenance and sleep quality.
Quantity and density: definite increase.
I noticed the increase on a daily basis as I had read from various sources that being aroused before training sessions would help increase testosterone levels, as well as having an orgasm afterwards.
Worked for me. Increased aggression for training, and a nice reward for the high intensity work afterwards.
I did a minimum of two sessions a day, and three on days off work.
No drop in libido, increased semen quantities, and no change in aggression levels outside of training (absolute must if married). Also no reduction in communication quality (good for marriage and professional communication. Some supplements I’ve taken in the past I dropped because of those reasons so I had to mention this for you guys.)

Please note that I was taking 33% more than the recommended dosage.
Besides that, I followed the directions to the last letter.
This is how it affected yours truly. I’m not saying it will work this way for everyone.

Also, not all brands are good. I switched brands for two weeks to save some money, and it was not worth it.

Athletic over-training and/or emotional stress results in huge zinc and thus free testosterone levels.
This leads to poor physical recovery, crappy sleep quality, etc etc.

It’s worth looking up.

Did great for me. Especially when it’s impossible to get your eight hours at night due to tight work schedules, newborns and such.
Have tried other legal supplements to help with free testosterone levels but didn’t like their negative effects on me.

I didn’t even know about PE back then, but if you haven’t noticed yet, no good night’s sleep usually equals no morning boner.

In other words, you do more, you need more.

I picked up some lecithin after hearing how much people have increased the size of their loads by, but I had a question before I start it. Some places have been saying that it can cause a number of stomach problems, weight gain, and bad body odor. I’d love the benefits, but if this is what happens, never mind. Can anyone comment on their experience?

Hey all, I am new here but have been into PE for about 3 years. I have always used L-arginine but now very interested in trying this Lecithin. I am going to order and try it out! Thanks for doing this research.

Has anyone taken protein powder and noticed the effects on cum and semen output? I recently started taking it along with other suppliments and noticed a big difference. I take a scoop of whey isolate a day (which includes .5 grams of arginine among others of course). Here is my current daily stack;

One scoop of protein powder whey isolate
Arginine 1g
Maca .5g
Lecithin 1g
Zinc 15mg
Multvitamin for men (includes 7mg of zinc, etc)
And most importantly, around 2L of water a day.

The last time I came (after only waiting two days after the last one) I noticed a big difference, big solid ropes. Not sure what part of the stack it was due to, but definitely a difference in both semen and sperm output. I also recall before when I was working out and only taking protein powder that my loads were bigger.

It is likely not just one ingredient, but two or more. Many of the usual suspects for bigger loads are here, as well as hydration. I doubt it can just be attributed to increased protein intake. And as far as you know, you are only increasing semen, not sperm output. Unless of course you have had its makeup analyzed in a lab or something.

ZMA was always a staple for me (I like how it works, and your body only takes what it needs). I did supplement with good protein powder (BSN) occasionally to avoid skipping meals, and I didn’t notice much difference to cum quantities with or without. But then again, I wasn’t exactly looking for those kind of results anyway. Sorry, can’t help there.

There is something else that I was on for two and a half weeks that could be worth looking into. Tribulus (but it must be from a good manufacturer).
I don’t know (because I wasn’t checking) how it would affect cum quantity but my testosterone levels were through the roof while I was on it. Perhaps it stacked too well with ZMA?
Anyway, I stopped taking it because I didn’t like being reduced to caveman intelligence. Too much testosterone is not that great when you need your brain and voice to make a living.

It would be interesting to see if anyone out there has/is on that stack or similar (and competes/trains at an athletic level or at least close enough to it) and has actually made specific cum related (or PE related) observations to report.

And by judging other posts, I think I really need to get those celery seeds!
Should I mix them with something or can I just take them alone, just eat them?

Bulk powders end up cheaper than pills, and celery seeds need to be soaked in order to disrupt anti nutrient enzymes, ten minutes in a warm cup of green tea does the trick for me, I also add some black pepper for the piperines and some cinnamon to help with load taste.

Nutgmeg is an old remedy but careful with the quantties is very dangerous to use the wrong amounts as it becomes a drug as halucigenic or even kill someone.

Do you stack it with anything else ?
I would recommend atleast taking it with zinc, magnesium and pygeum if you could.

As far as the stomach problems go I didn’t notice any, and weight gains? I believed it was a supporter or weight, finally the body odor could be true but if you drink plenty of water you should be ok

Interesting… I’ve been on the same supplements for several weeks and my loads have been getting smaller for some reason…
