Current routine:

Maca x3
Fenugreek x3
Zinc x1 (only on occasion)

Just ordered Celery Seed to add to my rotation too.. I like the natural aspect.

I have done this combo for a year after peaking sexually at 28 and it’s now essential to my daily routine and sexual upkeep.

The maca and fenu are great for blood flow and sense of well being. Natures Herbs is a great brand.

I tried horny goat weed and l-arg. Also. They were good but I want to keep the amount of pills and expense down. HGW made me very horny but other effects were hard to notice with the maca. Natrol’s l-arg is highly recommended by me and I will probably add it back to the mix at some point, though my multi includes some.

I take zinc 1-2 times per week but no more as it makes me very nauseous on a light stomach. But wow does it work great for cum volume! I usually take one after a big jackathon to ‘recharge’.

Jelqing on these supps is great and keeps me chubbed most of the day. But my balls have really benefited. I tried zinc supplements a few years ago and even on a full stomach it made me nauseous. After doing some research I was able to add food to my diet that did the trick. Most nuts are high in zinc and almonds are my daily go to snack. Oysters are also good for zinc. I buy a can of smoked oysters and every other day I eat 2-4 depending on the size. The can usually lasts me the whole week. The reason I eat so little of the oysters is that they are incredibly high in zinc and too much is harmful.

Every time you cum zinc is expelled with the semen. I’ve just never been able to find out just how much.

Has anyone tried the Frontier celery seed at Amazon? Three pounds of raw seed for under $14. Seems like a great deal, but I’m just curious if it works ok.

yes except for L-arginine or AAKG they must be cycled

I think this thread is fascinating. I have been taking L-Arginine for as long as I’ve been PE-ing, and though I have noticed that the amount of pre-cum I produce has increased greatly since then, I have no idea if it’s the supplement itself or that addition of PE exercise as well.

I am also a little relieved to discover that others have had problems with nausea in relation to Zinc. I had read elsewhere that Zinc is good for improving semen volume prior to ever discovering Thunder’s, so I bought some 50 mg Zinc tablets to experiment. But, for as long as I’ve had them I’ve never been able to take it without getting extremely nauseous and vomiting shortly afterwards. I mean, this didn’t exactly seem to be normal and made me paranoid that perhaps there was something physically wrong with me. Irrational fear alleviated. Thank you.

Either way, I ordered some Pygeum and Lecithin today, and anticipate finding out if these things work for me. I’ve always wanted to shoot more for whatever reason, and I’m hoping this will make it happen. I’ll follow up and share my results once I get started on it.

I personally take 2-3 table spoon of non-gmo soy protein in a large glass of milk with a couple table spoon psylium to aid in bowel activity and shoot pretty large loads. When I don’t take the soy.. Not so much. It has all the essential amino acids.

So I’ve been taking 1g of L-Argine a day for about 5 days now, as well as 750mg of Celery Seed extract (still unsure on how much to take of this one to get the best results) and I take a multivitamin tablet that contains my RDA of Zinc anyway (and I don’t want to take any more, because my diet isn’t terrible anyway). I’m also waiting on an order of Pygeum and Lecithin. Furthermore I have been making an effort to drink less coffee and more water.

There’s been a definite increase, although it’s not especially substantial. It’s a lot whiter looking and much, much thicker and stickier and I’ve been shooting it a bit more. I’ve always been a bit of a dribbler, and with the kegels I’ve been doing with PE, I can’t really tell if the supplements or my PE regime that has been the cause of the slight increase in force of the ejaculations.

I’m probably going to increase the Celery Seed to 1g though and my Pygeum and Lecithin should be arriving any day now. Looking forward to seeing the ultimate results.

@Capdown Youhave an attitude like a child in a toyshop. Prostate is not a hit and miss thing and yo do not even know what may be in store if you don’t look after it properly. but you have to go through a process of elimination t determine what works for you at the end. Find what best works for you. I be happy to go firs or the natural way then the rest however one word of caution is “you only have one prostate” if it ain’t broken don’t fix it.
