Have you tried lecithin. That seemed to work for me on increasing precum. Just out of curiosity, what is on your shopping list so far, 100mg of pygeum a day should be sufficient enough to get things rolling for you especially if your going to take it long term.

So I tried mixing my stack with V8 juice just for the hell of it, LOL not very good. Pineapple juice is still the best way to mix the stack. It took me a few days to figure out which one of the supplements was overpowering everything else. The mix goes down good with pineapple juice, but there is a strong after taste, so I started omitting each supplement from the rest of the stack, and found that the strong after taste is from the pygeum. I think if this stack works well for me then I will buy pygeum pills instead of the powder.

The initial list as posted at the beginning of the thread:

(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Phygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg

I found all I need just researching the daily strength that may work for me. Thanks for your reply man.

Just an update on my situation. I took the supplements (listed directly above) for 3 weeks with no results except for the fact that it made my fingernails more strong. I’m in the middle of a week break and will pick up the pills again in a couple days. Gonna amp up the dosage to hopefully that will make a difference.

To see the effects you are going to have to give these a try for at least a couple of months before cycling off. I noticed a difference in semen volume after about 2-3 months of celery seeds and the l-arginine combination.

I know we are talking about supplements (and it seems vitamins of sorts), but can anyone suggest where to buy Volume Pills from (reputable vendor)? A friend mentioned them a few months back, but I’m embarrassed to ask him about where he bought them. I’m wondering if it’s safe to buy them on Ebay?

Give it a try. I personally didn’t notice a difference until I went up to 3 grams a day.

So it is not a holy grail. L-Arginine has some evidence backing increasing what women call synthetic cum and they truly hate it since they have o dispose of it one way or the other. L-Arginine would not increase the amount of sperm and so AAKG which for the same reason is slightly better than L-Arginine using less quantities. If you truly want to increase your cum you should have two flat teaspoon as day (separately) of the powder form.

celery seeds are popular in Indian cooking as much as fenugreek. You an have these in lose form. capsules, powder in curries and chai (Indian tea).

It’s been about 30 days since I’ve stopped taking L-Arginine, Lecithin and Maca. Switched to celery seeds in green tea during that time and I’ve noticed a huge difference. Even my wife has commented on how much I’m cumming. As far as zinc is concerned my diet includes a lot of it.

Just curious as to how much people are taking of the celery seed extract capsules. Went to Holland & Barrets for some L-Argine and saw they had this too, so thought why not? But everyone seems to be taking either the seeds proper or the powder.

What I take:

Vitamin B6(Pyridoxine HCL), Zinc(as Zinc Oxide), Maca S/E 0.6 percent, L-Arginine(dried aqueous extract), Horny Goat Weed S/E 20 percent, Tribulus Terrestris 40 percent, Long Jack 100:1, Flower Pollen Extract, Pine Bark 95 percent, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Starch, Povidone

Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Niacin, Vitamin B-12, Zinc, Swedish Flower Pollen, L-carnatine, Pine Bark Extract, Pygeum Africanum Bark, Maca Root and Chrysin.

I used to take Ejaculoid and it seemed to help.
Of course formulas change.
Ejaculoid ingredients: (discontinued) I’ll have to see if I still have a bottle of it somewhere.

Would celery seed extract in pill form be ok?

What about the effect on semen taste?
Celery seems to take the edge off the bitterness of semen. Would the seeds do the same?
I used to take Semenex and there was a DEFINITE change in the taste. I was told that my cum was sweeter than cake!
Again, Semenex is discontinued.
