I have tried a few different thing to increase volume.. Here is what I have found

1) Water I need plenty of it.. I shoot for 1/2 my weight in ounces or more per day
2) Zinc increases ejaculate volume but it will thin it out
3) lecithin increases ejaculate volume but also makes it thicker.. Much thicker if I don’t drink enough water
4) Pygeum.. Mixed results on precum.. I normally have nothing and I may get a drop or two. If I could find something that really worked for this I would love it.. So if anyone has had lunch with other stuff let me know
5) Mecca make me hornier than hell to the point I drive my wife crazy about sex.
6) L-arginine.. Itching very noticeable but I have not taken this steady enough to tell
7) L-Lysine same as 6

I have some Swedish pollen flower I have yet to try long enough to see if I get any change.

I just ordered LJ100 to see what that does.

I’ve been taking 1200mg lecithin daily and have noticed an increase in both pre-cum and cum. I was wondering when I get doses of Arginie and Lysine from a workout supplement(GNC whey protein if it matters) if it could stack? Or am I better off pills of each instead of a mix?

Day three and I have not noticed any real difference. Taking two daily , one in am one in evening.

Had sex with wifey yesterday no difference in load volume, but I too matters into my own hand that morning so that may be a bad point of reference.. Maybe I will have a different report next time.

I think people need to remain realistic about their expectations.

I am not , I just noted no change. I have taken some other supplements and have experienced changes in that day like Zinc and lecithin.. Those are a that day change. LJ100 has had little effect on my thus far is all I was stating.

NEWBIE---First post

Long time lurker, first time poster. Please forgive me ahead of time of any mistakes-I read the posting FAQ so I hope I get it right. I found this page a few months ago and started on the original stack with a few mods based on budget. I won’t lie that I was not consistent in my methods so I have no base line or result to offer other than those listed below.

I am a 47 year old male with no known health issues other than high triglycerides. I am currently taking nothing for them but plan to. Until recently I was a moderate drinker and 1/2 pack a day smoker. I have decided to change some of my ways and have just quit smoking and reduced my drinking. As I got older I noticed a decrease in volume and somewhat loss of firmness but nothing major. I did however decided that I wanted to do something about that. Finding this site was a wealth of information. I decided to try the following from the original stack:

GNC Triple Lecithin 1200mg (soy based)
GMC L-Arginine 1000mg
Piping Rock Ultra Standardized Pygeum 100mg

The only thing I really noticed was that my precum was off the charts as far as flow—-like a river. Never was it like this before

I got away from taking the supplements for a bit but after being sick in bed for 2 days I came back to this site and REALLY read up.
After reading 70 or so pages I decided to go back on the stack with a few changes. I read about soy based lecithin and potential drawback so I found Sunflower Lecithin. I also read about the benefits of L-Citrulline so I also got that in powder form. Here is where my question lies:

The recommended dosage on the label for the L_Citrulline is 3g or if my math is right 3000mg
The recommended dosage on the label for the Sunflower Lecithin is 1 1/3 tablespoons or 10g—10000g?

Are these doses safe? Seems like a lot when the original stack called for 1200g of Lecithin. I want to do the following stack but do not want to cause harm so this is why I’m posting here for thoughts/advice/input

NOW Sunflower Lecithin—dosage?
GMC L-Arginine 1000mg
Piping Rock Pygeum 100mg
Beyond Raw Chemistry Labs L-Citrulline—dosage?

Also—would taking taking 50mg Viagara be unwise once and a while with the above combination?
I also purchased GNC Yohimbe Extract 450mg but am leary of using it due to the side affects

Any input would be appreciated

I use 10g Sunflower lecithin. It is a safe dose, and is what is recommended on the label of Now products.
Citrulline is usually used in dosage of 1.5-3g daily, which is sufficient for the desired effect. Some users take more, but most research was done with 750mg x2.

I recommend reading as much info before taking anything!

PS DO NOT USE VIAGRA WITH ANY OTHER VASODILATOR!! Using PDE5 inhibitors with citrulline or arginine can cause serious drops in blood pressure! DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS!

I personally don’t care for mixes, especially when things combined are not necessarily good in a combination.
It also depends on the dosage in your workout supplement. I don’t know this particular brand, but you would think that the manufacturer would know that lysine and arginine compete for intracellular transport and therefore might cancel each other out instead of effectively working together synergistically. Both should also be taken on an empty stomach, so when mixed with whey, it’s probably not as effective either.
I recommend whey alone if you insist on taking it.
I would also recommend citrulline instead of arginine, or at least a combination of both.
Take arginine in the morning and lysine in the evening to improve their effectiveness. But I can’t vouch for either. I wouldn’t recommend taking them. I might have at some point, but much literature points to side effects such as the repercussion arginine can have on natural NO synthesis. I believe a user here has reported similar results after taking workout supplements over an extended period of time.

Hello, new member, kinda curious: how long will results take? I’m taking 1200mg sunflower lecthenin, 50mg zinc, and 2x100mg pygeum. I don’t drink much water, but I’ve seen not much of a difference. How long will it take? Should I take both pygeum at the same time ( a single 200mg dose) or 1 in morning, 1 at night?
