Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

I’ve been trying everything for 1-2 years, but I keep circling back to the same problem. Water/Lecithin/Zinc helps somewhat with the volume, but my cum stays watery and not very white. I want to shoot actual ropes.

What seems to help the most is arginine, however I’m guaranteed a lipsore outbreak if I take it. I sometimes also take lysine to counteract it, but afaik then the arginine doesn’t work anyway

Has anyone found a way around this, or found a good alternative to arginine for whiteness & ropeness of cum?

I doubt l-arginine helps with actual volume from my experiences. It is a vasodilator, however, and acts on NO pathways increasing the blood flow to the genitals, creating better erections.
I also have herpes virus. I found that l-citrulline has worked better for me, and it has also been proven to be more effective at raising arginine levels: Supplemental Citrulline Is More Efficient Than Arginine in Increasing Systemic Arginine Availability in Mice - PMC
I personally think that dosing and timing can help prevent outbreaks. The way I use l-citrulline is always in combination with l-lysine, but NEVER at the same time, they will cancel each other out as they use the same receptors.
I use 2g of l-citrulline which seems to be enough for me. I’m fairly small and light: 5’7”, 135lbs. I use it in the morning between breakfast and lunch, on an empty stomach. And then I use l-lysine right before going to bed, also on an empty stomach. I use 3g. This combination and timing seems to keep the outbreaks at bay.

For those of you who found Zinc to be effective, what brands and what type of zinc do you recommend? There’s citrate, gluconate, chelated, picolinate, glucinate and I have no idea where to begin.

I tried Nature’s Truth Chelated Zinc Gluconate 50 mg, which I took one tablet daily for a while but didn’t find that it made any difference. I’ve heard great things about zinc’s effect on semen volume but have yet to uncover its potential for myself!

I can only say to drink a lot of water. And as far as zinc goes, I always took it an hour or two after my last meal. It “competes” with calcium or something like that, when it comes to your body’s uptake of minerals. So if you take it with milk, or as a tablet or multivitamin that uses calcium as an ingredient or just as a binding agent, your body doesn’t absorb much of it.

Unless you are zinc deficient, I would follow the guidelines on your supplements packaging. If taken daily, then there should be no need for higher levels of consumption. The most important thing is to take it with food, I believe, be it any meal, as long as it isn’t taken on an empty stomach.

I always recommend LJ100 and/or Ashwagandha, as they have both been clinically proven to increase semen parameters.

Also edging works for me at increasing drive and seminal output.

I’ve been meaning to put this on here for a couple years now. The holy grail helped me get baby number 6 which I was definitely not hoping for.

Well having 5 prior would probably say it wasn’t the holy grail that did it BUT my loads were ridiculous when I used the supplements.
