Hey all. Long time listener, first time caller. In fact I haven’t yet set up my before, current, and goal stats. I’ll get in on that shortly. I did want to post in this thread however after today’s event.

So I’ve been doing PE for about 4 months now. Bathmate at first then supplemented with the Phallo Extender.. At about 500 hours now. Measurements aren’t exact but nearly a half inch and some girth. I’ve definitely “gone up a size” Sometimes I freak out a little when I grab my night time boner because it doesn’t feel like mine. Weird, right?

Seeing how there is actually something about PE and having read (lurked around) all these nuggets of truth, trial, error, and success I decided to give this little cocktail a try. I’m 50 now.. Virility is not near what it once was. Neither was my ejaculate. A couple of globs on a good day.. And a puff of dust and a wheeze on a bad day. I was able to order everything off of Amazon. I thought I ordered the Pygeum so I’ve been taking the original cocktail minus that. That’ll be here in a day or two. Also taking the sunflower Lecithin.. Double dosing that since that seems to work well for a lot of folks.

Well, after 3 days of abstinence the little lady and I had us a bit of fun. I’ll spare the details (as I’m sure I should) but I will say that she LOVES to finish me off orally. So at the moment of truth I pulled out and brought it up to her and let fly. First of all.. I came so hard I pulled a muscle in my neck. Thumbs up! I definitely think the stack plus hydrating plus a healthy lifestyle (plus being horny goats :-D) helps!

Been trying the whole stack over the last 3 months or so, plus some more when that wasn’t doing a lot for me.

Might gonna try, as one last shot at becoming a Picasso in the bedroom, to get lecithin granules, or doubling on the lecithin pills.

Do you guys think it’s safe to be taking 7g of lecithin daily for a couple of weeks? Opinions seem to vary on that, maybe I’ll ask my doctor or a urologist.
Just have to be prepared to give an answer other than “I want to do a one man bukkake on my lady”.

Just on another note, I’ve also been drinking large amounts of celery smoothies as celery supposedly is supposed to increase cum volume. But disappointing results.

- are you abstaining for at least 2-3 days?
- are you drinking 2L of water daily?

These are usually the most common factors for the stack to not do anything.

Also lecithin, granules didn’t work for me, pills did. The main thing is to mega dose the pills , not daily, but like 1-2 days before you’re planning on having a big cumshot. I took like 7 pills of 1200mg 1-2 days before.

After looking at this forum for a while, I finally decided to order zinc, folic acid and lecithin. They will probably come in soon (maybe even tomorrow already), when I will start abstaining for probably 3 days while trying to keep my water uptake high. As of today, I did not orgasm for +- 5 days while not paying any particular attention to water uptake or anything. I will see if that would already make a big load, and what the difference is (if there is one) after taking the stack. Are there any other supplements you would advice? I looked for pygeum, but it doesn’t really seem to be available in my country (at least not cheap). I’ve read about celery seeds and celery in general, do you have any recommendations about that?

So the general consensus is, it works differently for everyone? If that’s the case, is spending $30+ on supplements to increase your load even worth it?

I would use it for experimentation. I try to abstain from ejaculation so it might not be worth it for me.

So new member here. Don’t do any PE or anything. Stumbled across this thread randomly and read the whole thing.

Decided to start trying parts of the stack to see what happens.

First up some background
32 not fit at all and recently been putting on weight around the middle.
Libido has dropped alot in recent years but erections themselves still good though no night or morning wood.
Not great with hydration either.

I’ve started to try and up the hydration recently for overall health. Want to start the gym again and shift some of the wobbly middle.
I suffer GI issues alot so testing supplements slowly as any gains are not worth making it worse.

First up I’m trying the l-arginine which I took 500mg once a day for 4 days last week to see how it went. Noticed some GI issues on the last day but not sure if this was supplement or normal. Started today after a 2 day break on the 1000mg dose so will see how this goes for 3 days. Was taking in the eve before dinner.

First night I did have a bit of restless sleep and every time I woke up I had a semi. Not happened since however. Nothing else noticed so far. Blew a load on second day after OH gave me a BJ was told was quite a lot but it had been a while since last cumming. Had a quick wank the following morning and looked about normal size still.

Will report more findings as I go

Forgot to add I also take an A-Z multivitamin with minerals which contains zinc at 10mg but I’ve taken that for a long time. Also take extra vit c and vit d as I have a deficiency like most people in the UK.

My water intake is usually around 3-3.5L daily.
Abstaining might be the reason, but still, I have tried abstaining for 2, 3, even 4 and 5 days before going to town on the ‘ol misses :)
It really didn’t seem to make much difference.

Did try to megadose on Lecithin one time, but only did it one day before having sex.

Since I’m still taking the whole thing.. And more, I’m gonna try as one last shot to do 2 days of extra large lecithin doses.

At least I can completely rule out the celery part. I really REALLY tried that. I abstained for two days and on one day I ate about 10 large stalks, the next day about 12 stalks. I did shot one good spurt with some force (probably about 2-3 feet), at least it went past her head from down south after pulling out, but it wasn’t followed by anything but the usual amount and certainly no ropes.

Celery does seem to be good for the body though, so I will continue drinking a celery/pineapple smoothie as a part of an everyday healthy diet. Just not in those ridiculous amounts :)

And just for fun, I’m spending about equal to $100 monthly on the stack, prices of supplements are ridiculous in Iceland.

I take lecithin granules.. Got enough pills in the house and don’t need more. One tablespoon is 7.5 grams. So, I take a teaspoon. I get plenty of zinc from a liquid supplement combined with a whole foods powder supplement that I put in a smoothie. Plus, I eat green leafy vegetables almost daily. Now, on to the Pygeum. I take the standard 100 mg (twice daily). For arginine, I have plenty of Swole Cream and Swole Lotion to handle that. I might as well put it straight to the source (penis of course). Well, I have to say that it made my semen thicker and whiter, like it did for others. I think it was the lecithin alone that made it thicker and whiter.

So I’m at 3 days on 1000mg l-arginine and haven’t noticed any real changes. Had slight GI issues yesterday but again this is probably normal for me. Want to try and keep on this dose over the weekend but may skip two days depending on whether I get chance to take them.
