Started The Stack 4 Days Ago.

Like many others I stumbled upon this thread by happenstance. I have always shot decent loads but never really counted ropes or volume though I have noticed that when abstaining for a few days I get harder quicker and have bigger loads and leak more precum. -Swanson Pygeum 100 mg x2 (one in the AM and one in the pm both before food)

-NOW Foods L-Arginine 1000mg taken only on days where I exersize right beforehand.

I also had some old Celery Seed in the spice rack. I tried chewing a teaspoon of them after eating but it’s too gnarly. Took them with tea this morning after breakfast and it was much better.

I have been active for the last two nights (with release both nights) so I haven’t really had a big chance to build up. I didn’t notice any serious increase in load size but that had only been 2 and 3 days into the stack. I’m really hoping for copious amounts of precum. I did some edging this morning and produced some but didn’t really feel like it was more than normal.

I have also been hydrating more and have noticed that I have to per a lot more and the urge when I do is more well, urgent.

In the next few days I will continue to post my findings. I may also eventually try Damiana to in tease the size of my testicles as I love having them played with and often wear ball stretchers

Hey, folks! Thanks for the great thread. I ordered the basic stack today (L-Arginine, Zinc, Pygeum, Lecithin) and plan to try it over the next few weeks. I’ll let you know exactly what I ordered and what kind of effect I get.

In the meantime, I have a (possibly) related question. When my SO gives me oral, I can’t orgasm. And often during sex it takes me longer than we might like to orgasm, and I need a lot of foreplay first so that I can come quickly during sex. I’m not taking any medications or supplements.

I’m interested in having that “hair-trigger” experience. There are a ton of threads on how to _solve_ premature ejaculation, but none on how to CAUSE it. Does anyone have any ideas? Any supplements you’ve taken that seemed to make you come quickly?

Stack Update Number 1

After a few days on the stack I felt like I wasn’t getting erect as fast or easy as I had been so I switched out the Soy Lecithin for Sunflower and it’s a little better. I know it wasn’t a really long trial period, but I felt like it was worth switching.

Yesterday after 3 days with a fair amount of edging scattered throughout and no release I got a BJ from my partner and results were promising. A good 10 or so spurts. She knew I am taking supplements so the volume wasn’t a big surprise or anything But I still managed to shoot her in the eye by accident.

She commented on the volume saying it definitely seemed like more than usual which is promising.

As far as precum goes I haven’t really seen any increase. Its only really coming out when I’m edging. Got one little drop when aroused at work yesterday but had to really concentrate on sexy stuff and do kegels. Normally it comes out on its own without problem after prolonged arousal and absolutely drips out when I’m doing foreplay with my partner.

If I don’t see any significant increase I’m precum in the next 2 weeks I’m going to switch out the Swanson Pygeum for the standardized double potency Piping Rock Pygeum.

I had drank 1 teaspoon of celery seeds with tea in the morning with breakfast for the 3 days prior to release but my partner said the cum tasted the same. So I may go for actual celery next, and then after that pineapple.

So far so good, big load, but not at the optimal precum faucet level yet.

So I’m on a vegetarian diet, I work outdoors so I drink a shitload of water, go to the gym mon-sat and there is PE included.
Havent noticed much. Precum slightly increased but thats when I edge for 45 minutes or so. As for actual jizz, around wednesday I finaly released and not much of an increase although it has been really thick and white. Basically mate yu are heading for a fatal liver collapse or transplant any day Slow down have at least half of what you having cut back pygeum to more more than 200mg daily. remove nettle leaf from your stack

Everyone on here was taking that much pygeum and having amazing results.
200mg is too less.
Also, why excluded nettle and all the other ones??
I’ve had great results with nettle, cats claw, beta, HGW (especially) and deer antler

I probably leaked out more volume put together then the actual bursts. Then later that night, achieved another massive load with my partner. Got the whole thing on slow-mo with the iPhone but failed to convert it correctly to gif. The only thing that was lacking was power and distance. I’ve been slacking on Kegels lately, that’s why. Were you cycling the stack or were you jst taking them daily with no off time??
