Nope, vasectomy cuts a small section from the vas deferens, so no sperm can get from the testes into the ejaculate. The testicles keep making sperm, but it it re-absorbed by the body, instead of being ejaculated. The sperm only ever constitutes 2-5% of total ejaculate volume, so there’s a very slight decrease in volume after a vasectomy, but it shouldn’t be noticeable.

Day 4 update from an old guy :-)

I’ve been on most of the stack for 4 days now, with the exception of the Pygeum, which I started a day later.

One thing I will say is that I’m remaining a little skeptical for now, despite my (spoiler alert!) good results. I’m wary of the placebo effect: I’m expecting/hoping for a positive outcome, and so the anticipation might be influencing the results I’m seeing. I’m going to have to wait until the novelty has worn off and see if there is any continued effect before I pronounce it a success. That said, herewith my observations so far:

Precum: not a crazy noticeable increase, but some. Also realized this morning (Day 5) that I was only taking half the Pygeum dose, so will need to correct that, and will see whether it makes a difference.

Ejaculate volume: appears to have increased quite dramatically. Day 1 I shot a massive load for a blowjob. Wary of the placebo effect though, I noted that my first ejaculation on Day 2 was slightly less (6 hard spurts vs 7 the previous day). The first ejaculation of Day 2 was an early morning one, again a result of a blowjob, and so when I took my Sunday afternoon nap, I figured I’d rub one out myself, just to see what I could produce. With a little help from literotica.com, I managed a fairly messy load, shooting all the way up to my neck. And then, for science, just before going to sleep, I rubbed out what would be my third ejaculation of the day, and it was, to my delight, as messy as the afternoon nap one, and one shot hit me square on the chin! So, overall, ejaculate volume appears to be up, but lets see if it is maintained once the anticipation and excitement wears off a little.

Orgasm intensity: definitely up, especially yesterday. I expected orgasm 2 & 3 for the day to be less intense and less volume than the first, which turned out to not be the case at all.

Ejaculate distance: see notes on ejaculate volume. It appears to be up though. I don’t think I’ve hit myself in the neck & face area this many times since I was a teenager.

Erection firmness: being old, it sometimes takes a bit of effort to get up and fully hard, and then to maintain the full hardness. So far, whilst being on the stack, it still takes a little while to get going, but I’ve definitely been able to maintain my erection a lot firmer for a lot longer.

Other: again, whilst being wary of the placebo effect, it feels like my libido is generally up, and back to levels from 10-15 years ago. It didn’t really dip too much, but I was always a perpetually horny person back then, and having it back has made me realize that I had backed off a little.

I’m omitting pygeum in place for 500mg celery seed but still keeping all other supps the same so

L-Arginine, Lecithin, Zinc, Celery Seed.

It’s been 45 days since I’ve been on the Lecithin/Pygeum/Zinc stack and so far, I have not been impressed with the results. My initial couple busts where enormous, the most I’ve seen in a long time. I was also leaking pre-cum heavily. But as time passed, I feel like my body adjusted and now I can’t tell the difference. The increase in cum is at worst, minimal.

I think cumming has to do more with genetics and how each person’s body is built to release semen and also how you trained your body to release. I also think fluid intake has a bigger effect on semen amount than any supplement or herb.

I’m going to start doubling my doses of Lecithin and Pygeum to see if it has any effect. I doubt it though.

Also, my stack includes L-Arginine, L-Lysine, Saw Palmetto and Swedish Flower Pollen. I have used Swedish Flower Pollen in the past and it does increase volume and make contractions more intense.

Saw Palmetto and Swedish Flower Pollen both lower DHT. Be careful.

I’m sure this has been answered but 127 pages to sift through..

I have Pygeum Extract which has 25mg of bark and 25mg of 13% phytosterols (or 3.25mg of it).

Anyone know if this is good or should I get straight Pygeum Bark? I’m taking 4 capsules of this a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon/evening).

Also taking (per day):
4.8g (4x 1200mg) Sunflower Lecithin
1.5g (2x 750mg) L-Citruline
400iu Vitamin E (also has 100mcg Selenium and 50mg of mix Tocopherols)
30mg L-OptiZinc (every other day)

Also take Fish Oil, Vitamin D, and need to get back on multi-vit again.

Had some Raw Gelatinized Maca but bottle is almost gone and don’t think I’ll get anymore for now.

You may have to get off the stuff for a bit to let your re-adjust for a bit then get back on it again for that strong effect again kind of like how people that workout using pre-workout boosters take a month off

Did you try cycling it at all? Maybe like 20 - 25 days on and then 10 - 15 off?

I have done no cycling but if that’s a thing, I can try it and report back.

Yeah, the idea of cycling is to prevent your body from getting used to it which you mentioned happened to you. Some people do things like weeks on and weeks off or a few days on and a couple days off. You don’t want your body to get used to the higher things amounts of things you get into your system. Since its been 45 days I’d say you should let everything flush out of your system for a while before you start back up and then cycle the supplement stack from there.

Young healthy 27 year-old here. I’ve been trying the zinc / L-Arginine / Lecithin / Pygeum combo at the proper doses for almost exactly 2 weeks now. No noticeable changes in the amount I cum. My cock does feel a little bit thicker though, but that might just be a placebo effect. Did realize I was only taking half the Pygeum for the 1st week though (once a day instead of twice a day as suggested in the thread). Is taking both doses of Pygeum at once just as good as taking it twice a day spread out?

Either way, I feel like nothing’s changed. I’m considering doubling my dose this weekend (aside from the zinc) to see if that affects anything. I masturbate once a day, usually right before I go to bed, and I take the supplements first thing each day. I pretty much have mainly been drinking water for the past year now, and coffee too.
