Curious how a stack might go with a multivitamin.

I’m thinking of getting a multivitamin for general health. It has the daily value of zinc and folic acid. That alone should give me an increase, right? I’m concerned about adding more zinc and folic acid to the stack if I have a multivitamin. Anyone care to weigh in?

I no longer have pygeum (ran out) and honestly I’m kinda glad I did. I already produce a good amount of pre cum when I get hot and horny during my personal sessions. Sometimes a bit too much and it kinda “clogs” my urethra so I have to push from bottom shaft up to get rid of the excess.

As for the multivitamin I’m taking a one a day men’s multi vitamin (2 a day dosage) for 10 zinc in total. For the original stack I’m doing 30 mg instead of 50 so that makes it so I’m still in the safe zone.

My buddy and I started experimenting with nettle leaf, beta sitosterol and cats claw for fitness purposes. I’ve been on it for about 2 weeks, more vascularity (throughout whole body) and sweaty.

I’ve been using this for only three days and it’s really shown results.
Supplements I have been taking so far:
- Lecithin (2400mg per day)
- Pygeum (200mg per day)
- L-Arginine (2000mg per day)
- Tons of water and milk

Semen volume is notably larger (like 3x more than usual) and precum is greatly increased.

Zinc and lecithin and one week no fap gives me pornstar cumshots

Now: BPEL 7.8 - EG 5.4 (20Jun17)

Goal: BPEL 8.0 - EG 5.7 (20Feb18)

I’ve started the stack (minus the Pygeum) since summer of 2014. I’ve been on and off it since then. Sometimes I was on it for a couple of weeks, sometimes it was a couple of months. I’ve even tried lecithin granules (yuk) and celery seeds (mentioned somewhere in this thread). I tried it one last time for a couple of weeks in this month, with Zinc and Lecithin (had Maca for a bit too) to just get a larger shot.

My verdict is: yes it gave me a slightly better shot with a bit more volume. But the gain is not big enough for me to continue.

Off the stack, I could get a maximum of ~5ml. With the stack, at most it was 7-8ml (almost, but not quite at 10ml). These numbers are from trying to edge, staying hydrated, and holding off masturbating for a few days (sometimes a week).

IF the stack would let me ejaculate ~10ml everyday, or let me ejaculate a max of ~20ml, then I would do it. But since it only gives me an extra few millilitre at most, I do not think I’m gonna bother with it anymore.

So far no difference at all :

I’ve been trying 5g of Sunflower Lecithin (1x am), 1g of L-Arginin (1x pm), 50mg of Zinc (1x pm) and 1g of Pygeum (1x250mg am + 1x am).

15 days + water and edging and no improvement, even less pre-cum than before !

Except a better sleep and a slightly better engorgment in flaccid.

So I’ll finish the current pills I’ve bought and probably do some few annual sessions of L-Arginin and Zinc just for health.


Start 01/01/16 : BPEL = 17.2cm, MSEG = 12.7cm, BPFSL = 18.5cm

Current 06/11/17 : BPEL = 19.5cm, MSEG = 14cm, BPFSL = 21.3cm

Goal : BPEL : 20cm, MSEG = 14.5/15cm

Damn, so I guess its 50/50 with everyone.

I still have to wait for my stuff in the mail.

If it works, cool if not ill just stick to certain supplements for health, and body building benefits

Isn’t 5ml generally the upper end of what people usually do?

NOW Brand sells these large containers of granules which mix decently into water, just toss it back and gulp it down. The big ~1gram gelcaps make it even easier to take and those are always on sale on Amazon, just do your comparison of price per gram of Phosphatidyl-serine/choline.

Very interesting, any source? Could that be why I’m not seeing much if any difference with the Sunflower kind? I’ll be trying Soy again next.

The biggest difference for me was abstaining for a few days, the longer the better (10-14 days of NoFap turns me into Peter North 2.0 regardless of supplements).
I take Zinc/Lecithin/Citrulline and sometimes Maca for the health/working out benefits, if it helps my loads that’s just another bonus in my book.

So lecithin works. My wife has always commented on how large my loads are. So, naturally, I wanted to make them bigger.

After 3 weeks of lecithin supplementation, we have to change the sheets afterwards. It’s a lot!
