Hi everyone. So I started with the original holy grail stack. Have done a lot of reading on supplements

. I changed the stack to fit me. Am have more intense orgasms harder erections , an increase in cum volume.It’s not blasting out but it seems to be on the verge. I have been reading posts here for awhile and trying some of the PE techniques as time and circumstances allow. No specifics to share on the PE efforts yet I do want to share the results of the Lecithin, Pygeum, Arginine and Zinc supplementation.

I had a two-week, on the road for work session planned and thought that this would be a good time to begin the supplementation. I would be abstinent during his time and would be able to return home and test the results of the supplementation.

The supplementation was:
AM
500mg Arginine
1200 mg Lecithin
125 mg Pygeum
125 mg Saw Palmetto (included with the Pygeum blend)
50 mg Zinc

PM
1200 mg Lecithin
125 mg Pygeum
125 mg Saw Palmetto

The last three to four days before returning home I increased the Lecithin to 1200mg 4x per day, spaced evenly through the day.

I drank probably 3qt to a gallon of fluid per day - water, Gatorade..

The result was impressive. The orgasm lasted much longer than usual. I was so over come by the feeling I was unable to count but I would estimate Six HIGH VOLUME shots, with significant force. I have never had this volume or force of discharge.

Afterwards I had this odd sensation in my prostate. First, I have never encountered this sensation before. For lack of a better way to describe it, I felt drained and continued to feel sensation in the prostate for probably 30 min afterwards.

Just wanted to say Thank You to those of you offering insight. I have found a supplementation and hydration process I will continue.

Now I am trying on this formula but I go step by step.
I am on L-arginine 500mg and Zinc 50mg per day for 2 months.
I estimate that my load increase is about 20-30% more..

Maybe I will increase the L-arginine and I am trying to find Pygeum…
I tried the soya lecithin and I think it messed up my erection… I have also red some bad reviews on lecithin that comes from soya so I stoped it.
Does anybody know if ti is easy to find non soya lecithin?

That time was just normal and I wasn’t doing anything special, however I used Pygeum, Zinc, and L-Lecithin for about a week and a half and saw a pretty large effect as seen below.

So I want your guys opinions. Now that my morning sickness is lessening I wanted to ease into oral sex and slowly ease back into letting hubby try different supplements for when I do give him oral. I want to start off slow though with still getting nauseous at certain times of the day. I told him the first bj I only want him to abstain a day or two so it won’t be alot built up. Do you think a day or two will be tolerable but still enjoyable for him?

I’ve been hearing this rumor that soy lecithin contains some estrogenics. I doubt it. Lecithin is an emulsifier , found in LOTS of foods - if it was estrogenic, there would be a LOT of effects from it, even at the relatively small amounts in most foods. AFAIK, lecithin is a pure product for food/medicine use, so it wouldn’t have anything in it BUT ‘lecithin’ (I believe it is a combo of two fatty acids/esters)

Physical Characteristics: Fairly lean/fit (?)
Weight: 53kg
Workouts: Basic Body-weight fitness, slight bit of yoga
Supplements: Pygeum, L-Lecithin, Zinc
Sex: Literally never in my life lol (abstained for about 4 days from masturbating)

Pygeum is an anti androgen, meaning it decreases testosterone

Soy raises estrogen

Didn’t work for me. Im in my 40s so that may have something to do with it.

Shot into a Medicine cup each day and 4mil each day.

Glad to hear your feeling a little bit better Heidi and glad to see your still hanging out here! Since no one else stepped up to your question I’ll give you my opinion. A day or two of abstinence would be a good way to ease into it. The amount should be rather small to average. Doctors say 4 days is your recommended amount of build up to have a decent amount of sperm produced. Also I say kudos for being willing to still do this and even slowly increase the amounts while being preggo! Alot of women stop oral all together when they are expecting. Keep us up to date on your adventure. I like to hear about it if no one else does!
