Admittedly, My primary interest was ‘flooding’ my wife and satisfying her with a harder and firmer erection - hehehehe. Did two types of experiments.
The first was something available commercially involving Pycnogenol. I noted the cum volume remains the same but harder erection.
The second experiment was my stack, using the info from this thread: lots of water, zinc, lecithin, CoQ10 and folic acid. I noted noticeable cum volume increase which I suspected was due to the water and lecithin.
Oh and I was reading a article related to miscarriage and it mentioned that the arginine can increase sperm count by up to 74%!! One last thing you guys and hubby have convinced me to do the bj for him at the end of our two week abstinence. By the descriptions it sounds like I’m gonna need to wear a bib! Lol.
Heidi25, we’ve been trying for no2 for a few years now and I’ve found the problem was due to me.
For me, I think the primary thing is exercise. Thereafter, doing things to help create the little swimmers, ensuring its health plus motility. This is together with IUI. We are not considering IVF. Therefore, the following comes into play: selenium, B12, CoQ10, Vit E, Folic acid, Tribulus in addition to the items in my stack. That’s a lot to take in.
