Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

Interesting findings this week:

Routine: I held off cumming for about a week. No lecithin supplements taken during this time, although I had taken about 2400 mg/day the week before. I took my amino acids, HGW, and zinc, only the day before and the day that I did finally cum. That night I edged for about 4 hours, and drank lots of water on that evening.

Result: I measure my cum by the amount of spurts, rather than the actual volume (trying to collect it always kills the fun). I got 12 spurts, and ~ 2-3 throbs thereafter. And very strong spurts, the first few of which flew about a meter in distance. Orgasm was great. As I mentioned in a previous post, I was able to just get 10 spurts by having all my supplements, mega dosing on lecithin, and edging for 2 hours, and holding out for a week. My feeling is the drinking of the water and longer edging session made the difference. The effect of the amino acids seem to be sufficient if I take them the day before and the day of.

This week I’ll try to add the mega dosing of lecthin, to see if I can push the amount of spurts beyond 12 (my goal is 15). I’m not sure if I’ll be able to edge for as long, but I’ll see. The whole point of this post is that I’m appreciating how important hydration and edging are.

I think the assumption is that most guys drink far too little water. Coffee, soda, juice, or other “beverages” without actually drinking a fair amount of water to fully hydrate. If you’re underhydrated, you semen is going to be thick and lower volume. If you drink a lot of water you’re adequately or well hydrated and your semen will have more volume because it has more water in it. It’ll be more liquidy but that’s fine. I know I just want a lot.

Just for fun, I looked up the ingredients of semen as a refresher. Note zinc (which is why it’s in the stack) as zinc is apparently a major portion of it. I don’t know how lecithin figures into this. Maybe it is the thick part?

As a side note this reminds me of the “you are what you eat” thing. While vacationing in Hawaii my wife and I ate a ton of fruit including pineapple and pineapple juice. I’ve tried out the stacks that was listed and was getting slim to no effect, gave it a break it was messing with my stomach too much. Last week I changed things up, and it’s working for me now. I’m taking Maca 525 mg, HGH 500 on both twice a day at lunch then dinner. Then a test booster tribulus 1250 mg and my multivitamin with it. I’ve also been drinking almost a gallon of water a day. I wonder whether or not it’s sufficient to drink a lot of water the day one cums, or if one needs to consistently drink a lot of water each day. I drank a good amount, much more than I usually do, on the day that I did cum, and I did notice that is was more watery than usual, not sure about total volume though

I have personally found that Zinc makes my cum more watery, and lecithin thickens it. I think for myself, for optimal consistency I would take a lot of lecithin and drink lots of water.

I have only started taking all this and have stuck to what the Holland and Barrett guidelines are so far and was wondering if that is the dose I should stick too for what I’m taking, so far I have noticed no real difference in cum loads and was wondering when I should hopefully see results.

To aid all this I am drinking at least 2 litres of water a day, I am fit and healthy and a non smoker and rarely drink, my diet is good with lots of chicken etc. I also keep myself in shape by cycling etc.

Semen and Precum

Hi there. I want to increase my semen volume and precum to their max if possible. I have read some very interesting articles on this site that others have wrote. I have tired a few of these products in the past and really none have helped. The two I speak of are Lecithin and Arginine . I’m an older guy in my early 60’s. I’m very horny and would like to recapture my youth to some degree if at all possible? I have just started taking zinc 50 mg.1 per day. I have heard so much about phygeum and have been taking 100 mg of phygeum twice a day. I hope to see some results soon! I would greatly appreciate any suggestions, comments programs etc. That can help me. Thank you all !

Fist of all you have to understand how your body and glands work.

i guess there is a time for everything I am older than you and struggle with the same issue though perhaps a bit wiser than you.

read the tread A to Z but I am not sure how Lecithin may help you Arginine may assist you but not alone. Zinc it helps but not alone and may be contradictory to your health. Again Pygeum is to be treated with great care so should not be exceeded.

I’ve been on the stack now for over two weeks.. And I feel like I’m cumming less?

Lecithin pills 2x1200mg a day
Pygeum 2x500mg twice a day, so 2g (it says “bark”, they’re pills
L-Arginine 2g a day in pills
Tribulus pills 1500mg a day
Celery pills 3-4.5g a day
Lastly, I switch off of a 50mg Zinc pill and a multivitamin every other day. The multivitamin only has 15mg Zinc in it, but of course has a ton of other nutrients as well.

Thoughts? I’m really looking to see the successful results that so many of you have received.

Here's what works

I’ve done a lot of research and experimentation with this. Yes, I’m aware that I have an unhealthy obsession with the size of my payload. I’m over it. Anyway, after months and months of research and trial and error, I have successfully gone from from spitting out a few lame spurts of semi viscous mystery fluid to plopping out 8-12 thick white ropes of ball batter that would put most porn stars to shame. So the answer is YES, you REALLY CAN drastically increase the amount of ball batter you splatter.

So here’s what I’ve learned:

L-Arginine produces modest, but noticeable increases in baby gravy. L-Arginine has withstood scientific studies on volume and sperm count, and is also highly praised by a lot of people on the internet who’ve actually tried it (and who aren’t selling anything). Personally, I noticed a difference after about 4 days, in both amount and thickness. The results are modest, but very reliable.

No other Amino Acid has withstood scientific trials, and the testimonials online are all mixed and somewhat shotty. I’ve tried L-Carnitine, L-Lysine, and L-Glutamine. The only one that did anything for me was the Carnitine. It had no effect on my emissions, but made me hornier than a teenager at a porn convention.

Zinc: Zinc has a strong link to testosterone, semen, and sperm, but the only study ever cited (and as far as I can tell the only study with positive results) shows only that men with a Zinc deficiency produce less spunk than men who take adequate amounts. In other words, taking Zinc can help ensure that your are splooging at healthy levels, but if you re already healthy, there’s no evidence suggesting that excess Zinc will take your DNA sauce to new levels. Zinc did nothing for me in this regard, though I still take it for other reasons.

Horny Goat Weed: Simply put: no science, few if any testimonials, and my experience is that is DOES make you horny, but has little effect on your junk soup.

MACA: This stuff is King. Backed by science. Backed by testimonials, and for what it’s worth, one of those herbs that’s been used “for centuries” by the tribal peoples of Whereverthefuck to treat infertility and what not. Anyway, my own results were pretty drastic. Though to be fair, I started using maca with a few other things at the same time, so it was likely the combination that really paid off (link for the recipe below) But seriously, I will never stop taking this stuff, at least so long as I continue to enjoy drowning my girl in DNA. You can get it on amazon or at GNC. Take 2-3 g a day. Will take about 3 days to see results. But they will be impressive.

Vitamin C, D, E, and A all have mixed results scientifically, there have been no drastic results, and there has been nothing conclusive. Some studies claim a positive relationship between these vitamins and semen volume/sperm count, others claim a negative one. The testimonials online are no more helpful. I have always taken these, as well as had an extremely healthy diet in which I get my daily intakes of vitamins through veggies, I have never had huge loads until I incorporated OTHER things.

PC Exercises: absolutely useless for this purpose. Good for distance though.

HERE’S THE SILVER BULLET: It’s a recipe for a smoothie with a lot of ingredients that have been proven in studies to drastically increase the volume and thickness of your dick chowder. I’ll try it. And if it actually works, I’ll gladly pay Adam Armstrong for his formula retroactively. The challenge is getting all of the uncommon ingredients and explaining to my wife why I’m mixing this shake :) I don’t intend to tell her it’s so I can drown her in semen since I don’t think she wants that. I don’t know if anyone here has used, or tried Cabergoline but it has at least doubled my volume. I am taking it for libido (it lowers prolactin) and works great. Hey everyone, I’ve been reading through a few pages and have some questions for some veterans of using these supplement stacks. I would love some answers to help me out. I’m getting ready to start a regimen of:
L-Arginine: 1000 mg (2 pills daily)
Pygeum: ?
Zinc: 50 mg (1 pill daily)
Sunflower Lecithin: 1200 mg (1 pill daily)

The sunflower lecithin package says the serving size is actually 3 pills and they are recommending 3600 mg. I am thinking of of using just 1200 mg unless the results are just not there in which case I may consider upping the pills of the lecithin.

Questions:
1) Do the same supplements stack work universally for everyone? I just figured I might as well use the stack that is on the first page since I don’t have any experience with any supplement stacks.
2) Is there a known supplement stack here that is associated with having a high chance of success among members on this site?
3) I’m looking at two pygeum supplements. One of them is 100mg and the other is 500mg. The 100 mg bottle says the serving size is 1 tablet. The 500 mg bottle says a serving size is 2 capsules. So am I supposed to be taking 100 mg or 1,000 mg of pygeum? My first instinct is to just use 100 mg per day so I don’t just have precum at all times.

I’d expect from this stack that I’ll get super firm erections and be able to “plaster” my girlfriend after a few days or however long it is supposed to take. Is the precum from the pygeum excessive? I don’t want to go crazy when I have an erection. Lol. The most important thing to me is just the amount I can put out. Erection firmness isn’t that much of a big deal to me as I’m currently satisfied.
