Interesting findings this week:
Routine: I held off cumming for about a week. No lecithin supplements taken during this time, although I had taken about 2400 mg/day the week before. I took my amino acids, HGW, and zinc, only the day before and the day that I did finally cum. That night I edged for about 4 hours, and drank lots of water on that evening.
Result: I measure my cum by the amount of spurts, rather than the actual volume (trying to collect it always kills the fun). I got 12 spurts, and ~ 2-3 throbs thereafter. And very strong spurts, the first few of which flew about a meter in distance. Orgasm was great. As I mentioned in a previous post, I was able to just get 10 spurts by having all my supplements, mega dosing on lecithin, and edging for 2 hours, and holding out for a week. My feeling is the drinking of the water and longer edging session made the difference. The effect of the amino acids seem to be sufficient if I take them the day before and the day of.
This week I’ll try to add the mega dosing of lecthin, to see if I can push the amount of spurts beyond 12 (my goal is 15). I’m not sure if I’ll be able to edge for as long, but I’ll see. The whole point of this post is that I’m appreciating how important hydration and edging are.
