Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

hgh, Leydigs, yohimbe, tongkat, etc.

Just read the yohimbe article on Wiki:

Yeah, I’m looking for a supplement that will relax the smooth muscle in my dick. I’ve been having a weird reaction to some intense stress past year or so. My dick tenses up and turtles after significant manipulation.

And it doesnt hang as big as it used to.

It also gets sore easier, to the point where it can even be a bit painful in a way.

Still probly gonna set up that appointment with the doctor, but I don’t know, my libido has waned fuckin BIG TIME (probly due to the stress) as well.

Or who knows, maybe my T is dipping low or something. Who knows.

PE should, in my opinion, be a health thing, like brushing our teeth and working out.

Yup, get a proper bloodwork done (T, DHT, E2, progestrone and prolactin at least) pronto, and don’t buy into aging is natural hype, T levels can be fixed easily and are well wroth fixing :D

Regarding Y, what KP wrote, it’s also a stimulant and helps with fat loss (5mg x2), 20mg to relax your dick a little isn’t really worth it due to sides for most people (unless you are one of those who gets aphrodisiac properties from it :) - I’m not :( )

I have not looked into the tongcat ali yet it seems the stuff they sell here in the U.S.A is inferior.

Tea is a cortisol blocker it seems to me anxiety is a kin to cortisol.

Ginkgo is great for fl acid hang.

Yohimbine causes anxiety through elevated BP and ephinephrine levels, fairly easy to control, besides not everyone is prone to it.

Why pepsin blocker?

Right, but bobs IS prone to anxiety.

Tongkat Ali as reports of enhancing test-levels but it is REALLY expensive if good quality - it is a protected plant of Indonesia; also, you should know that test-enhancers cause arhomatization - it means that over-plus of testosterone is converted in estrogen, so feminilization symptoms are likely to produce; in consequence of this you will have so take other medicines, that could cause other secondary effects (on personality, too) and so on….

Add to this that for sure surplus of testosterone have no effect on penis growth (if you have passed puberty), neither GH; other substances could lead to penile tissue growth, but the effect is not measurable even with high doses (which will cause illness).

Tribulus terrestris has never been scientifically proven to enhance testosterone levels, but lot of those who tried it (me too) reported higher sex-drive and fullness of penis; it could be useful if you work for girth gains - maybe not good for length. It is not expensive, but at least 2 grams/day is needed.

Creatine seems to lead to minimal penis-gains, trough the enhanced water retention in all tissues.

In high enough doses it can cause hallucinations too, but there’s nothing that says you have take that much.

I don’t think it should be taken as supplement in the sense of an ongoing, daily use. If it is used that way, then it should be a very small dose.

I think of yohimbe as a special occasions supplement.

People with high blood pressure and / or anxiety problems should definitely proceed with caution with it, and anyone with extremes of either condition should just plain avoid it.

These won’t grow your dick permanently but do help with EQ health.

This is basically true of all supplements and penis pills. Find the ones that work well for you, and you can afford, and only take enough to improve erection quality (EQ). Then put the primary focus on the PE practices that are working for you.

It should also be said that all herbals should be cycled from time to time.

It seems pretty clear that there is no magic bullet when it comes to PE; slow and steady wins the race.

Yohimbine is alkaloid, while Yohimbe is a herb (in which yohimbine is present, along with some 40 others related alkaloids of unknown concentrations and unexplored actions). I was speaking about Yohimbine :)

Anxiety is anxiety, right? Well, maybe not.

I was somewhat prone to anxiety before, due to lowered test levels, increased estrogen and prolactin - but Y(ohimbine) had absolutely no effect on my anxiety even in 50mg megadoses, so it’s really hard to tell without trying.

I’d expect so too, but after using creatine (both monohydrate and ethyl ester) on and off for nearly a year - I haven’t noticed any change.

Test-enhancers doesn’t _cause_ aromatization, aromatizing enzyme is present all the time working on aromatizable steroidal compounds (testosterone in our case). Decreased levels of DHT (caused by decrease in testosterone) cause feminization (gynecomastia, female fat deposits, water retention, BPT and what I mentioned in androgen deprivation symptoms) as DHT is competitive binder for estrogen receptors, so actually protects us from estrogenic effects. Occurrence of such symptoms after administration of exogenous testosterone usually means imbalance on enzymatic levels (more aromataze than 5alpha-reductase) and is combated with aromataze inhibitors.

Anyways, bobs should get bloodwork done rather than shoot blind with anything.

Yeah, I think I’m gonna mention those things.

I’ll err just say I know a doctor “friend” that suggested it.

The chemical structure of yohimbine has no vulnerability of degradation by pepsin. A pepsin blocker would do nothing but cause digestive problems.

Why pepsin blocker?

Gut enzyme that blocks certain supplements from being digested, such as Yohimbe and Tribulis.
