Has anyone tried Tribulus?

I’ve had a guy that works at my GNC store suggest Tribulus to promote testosterone production. He said it’s not a booster, but I’m not sure. I’ve heard this from a friend online, he says he used it for a long time and had great results. He was hornier, and had better workouts. Any of ya’ll use it? If so where would I find it? My GNC shop doesn’t sell it, he did say I’d have to order it online.

I use it a couple of times a year, does seem to help workouts and libido but can make me a bit short tempered.

I believe it depends on the person for how well it is going to work. I have taken it, and do take it from time to time, and it seems to help a little bit. I get mine from Bulk Apothecary. They are really cheap. Now being cheap might not be a good thing, but what you are looking for in a Tribulus product is a minimum of 45% saponins, so if you don’t buy from them make sure whatever you buy has a minimum of 45% saponins. And use the minimum effective amount and cycle this product, like 5 days on, 2 days off.

Search for "tribulus". I got the "Tribulus 1000 mg - 90 Tablets" bottle with 45% minimum saponins.

I had some tribulus samples laying around after a protein order I made online from a while back. I took it Saturday before a long afternoon of sporting activity and had a noticeable difference of lightness on my feet and alertness. Ordered another round and testing my boundaries with that. Not really paying attention to PE benefits but erections are popping literally quite randomly.

Ya I’ve used it for working out. Saw a big differnce in my workouts and definitely noticed some positive things as far as it goes for my dick. I only used it for a month so I cant say too much. However, in that month I would grade it a 10 out of 10. Never had a single supplement that made you feel like a man and make you want to workout all day.

Tribulus does work, but cycle it. Don’t think it helps with precum or load size though. Pygeum and lecithin for that.
