Been taking 2 900 Mg pills for about 2.5 Weeks. Biggest difference was sleep quality. I have been sleeping like a rock, but waking up drowsy. Upped the dose to four pills in the morning after reading recommendations about higher percentage saponins (mine are 40%) over last two days. I feel a little more ready to go but that’s about as much of a PE benefit I have noticed.
One side effect, and it could be anecdotal/placebo but I have made two large afternoon eliminations since upping the dose when that normally happens in the morning.
