I don’t feel like it gave me more energy. Must be some other problem which is causing fatigue.
It had no noticeable benefit when it came to my penis enlargement routine.
It helped with my endurance a small bit. I felt like it took a noticeable more amount of effort to become tired/ short of breath.
Prior to the detox taking place I would have to estimate about 3 months without constipation or diarrhea, so I can only attribute those negative symptoms to the detox. Diarrhea/ constipation usually passed within the day so it really was not that big of a deal.
I would not recommend doing what I did to healthy individuals my age (mid 20’s).
I do not plan on repeating the detox for many decades.
I am not at a point in my weight training routine where I would perform my 1 rep max. Maybe later.
As the maintenance dosage goes on I may experience some other benefits; at that time I will add to the conclusion (or if I think of anything else to add).
Now time to focus my efforts on more important things…
buulet . I’m with you on detoxing with h2o2 . I’m going to do 14 days and see how I feel . So far I think the D is the most detox I’ve felt . And it was just once or twice . Don’t feel anything else from doing it .
However , I’m doing Diatomaceous Earth as well .
I did a fast years ago and passed a lot of gunk . Perhaps we over think being toxic . The body can do wonderful things if taken care of . Perhaps thats the thing we should take away . Alter our sense of how we take care of it . Well done , my friend ! dooks out !!!

Improving my Best Friend in 3 Dimensions.
I was thinking about getting some from my local food Co-op (Diatomaceous Earth).
I’m glad I did the hydrogen peroxide detox, more out of curiosity than anything. Now I have an idea of how to go about it and improve on it in the future. I also have a baseline detox. If in the future I experience more detox symptoms I will be able to conclude that I have built up toxins in my body overtime and the hydrogen peroxide is actually doing something about it.
And I know that I over think being toxic. There’s just so much shit they put in food it nowadays and the rate of linking health problems to these food additives is disturbing.
