More uppity I guess. More energy and focus. Its suppose to clean out your system. So the principle behind it is if your health is poor because of toxins this us spouse to help your body get rid of them.

Fine thanks. Just needed a good binge drinking weekend.

I think so. I try to get sun when I can and take Vitamin-D and drink milk fortified with Vitamin-D. If at the end of the detox I feel no different at least I will be able to conclude my system is clean and I will look for other reasons as to why I am fatigued.

Sweet! Looking to take my third here in a minute.

Got number 3 in today. Moving on to 18 drops 3 times a day. Bad tasting stuff. I didn’t feel like taking in a bunch of fluids right before trying to go to sleep so I diluted 16 drops in one 10 oz cup of milk. It tasted like shit (not literally, but it was not a pleasant taste).

I wouldn’t drink anything within 45 minutes minimum. Chlorine is the main culprit you want to avoid, so as long as you make your coffee with distilled, filtered, or well water I guess that would be fine. Hydrogen peroxide is highly reactive so in my opinion you are taking a risk drinking coffee soon after. At the beginning you might be able to get away with it but I would be very careful if you are going to go clear up to 25 drops 3 times a day. And are you taking a multivitamin and multimineral? I am just to be safe along with a probiotic.

Two 10 oz glasses with 9 drops in each for a grand total of 18 drops this morning.
