I’ve read things on here that says green tea is great for erections and that drinking it should be like an erection elixir, but I also read that caffeine is very bad for erections and constricts the bloodflow to the penis. So my question is how can green tea be good for erections when it contains caffeine?

I’m also drinking well over a gallon of water everyday, as well as a glass or orange juice for vitamin c in the morning, and a glass of pomegranate juice at night because its so supposed to be great for erections. Both of these have a lot of sugar, are drinking these juices healthy? and are they really good for erections?

You seem driven to find the recipe for great wood and that is great assuming you have some ED that is compromising your wood. None of the things you mention will do anything for you.

Yeah, caffeine will probably effect your erection, so try drinking a decaffeinated version if you can find it.

You’re right, those juices do have a lot of sugar, and it sounds like you might be imbibing too much; limit your sugar intake a bit, eat plenty of vegetables, fishes, lean meats, and maybe take a supplement like ginkgo, or ginseng.

As far as I remember, aren’t you young? Like, 18 years old young? How much harder do you need your erections? Are you trying to double as a towel rack?

There is also green tea supplementation. I take 1000mg per day this contains 277mg of ECCG. I also drink black tea decaffeinated with no sugar.

yeah kazoo I’m barely legal haha, but my erections are so weak… they’re pathetic. I’m not fat and I’m pretty health concious so I dont understand why. I have a smoking hot girlfriend, shes actually one of the hottest girls I’ve seen in person (of course my opinion is kind of bias since shes my girlfriend) blonde hair, blue eyes, beautiful face, huge boobs and a fat ass but anyways I love her and I hate that I have such terrible erections. I can’t take drugs due to renal insufficiency so I have to use supplements only.

Kegel,Kegel, Kegel my young brothah. Also a lot of the NO increasing supplements help with blood flow, so don’t hesitate to try something like that. Arginine is usually the key component of those. Also I think tribulus terrestris is helpful, and zinc as well. You have to take zinc on an empty stomach and ask if the brand your buying contains calcium. Calcium is a “competing” mineral and inhibits zinc uptake. Unfortunately, it is used as a binding agent in a bunch of zinc supplements, and renders the zinc unusable by your body. They recently did a study at a nearby college, WWU, and quality zinc supplementation raised testosterone by 30%.

Really, I’m going to have to check my zinc for ingredients.

Mr. KP, it’s often not listed as an ingredient, as it is usually just a “binding” agent. I will look into this some more. I think you pretty much have to stay away from caplets and tablets, and just look for the capsules full of powder. I’m not entirely sure about that, so like I say, I will see what I can find out.

Hey I like your optimism man. I sometimes get down about my dick size which is your goal. But you’re right a hard solid dick is better than a huge soft floppy one. If you want an instant hard-on for a few hours I recommend yohimbe, it works for me, as does a herb called muira puama. For the long-term though regular exercise a good diet and cutting down masturbation, porn (if these are problems) and some jelqs and kegels would be best.

How’s your exercise? Best doing short intense sprints, cycles and weights rather than long marathon sessions.

This just doesn’t sound right. When I was your age the only problem was not getting an erection. Not trying to frighten you but I think you should seriously consider talking to a doctor.
